If that is the case he should be barred from the league and forced to sell. the Texans forum is a mess. Some posts saying cal set this up, some saying deshaun himself set this up as far as his comments about “extreme measures” to get out of HOU, others saying deshaun definitely did it because he hung out with a pornstar that one time (wut). This is ugly.

we have two 1k yard receivers, cmc, a young talented d line and a pro bowl caliber safety. We obviously aren’t ready to compete for a championship but we are much further along than Houston who is without a first and second round pick this upcoming draft. I can’t stress enough how much of a dumpster fire that team is from a talent and management, ownership standpoint. I don’t think you’ve been paying attention if you don’t know this. 49ers are the only team I’ve seen linked that are well positioned as far as talent for a run. But it take two to tango. I doubt we land Watson just because it’s a once in a lifetime type of trade but it won’t be because we are complete poo like the Texans.

No. It’s much deeper than that. They are the worst run franchise in the league. Why would anyone want to waste their career there. Also we have way more talent on this roster than Houston.

I agree. I have this weird feeling they’re gonna draft Lance to learn under Cam for a season. I obviously hope we draft him before the Patriots get the chance.

I didn’t phrase it right. These are win now moves the Patriots are making. I don’t see them trotting a rookie out there. Could be wrong but it doesn’t seem likely. Now if they trade or sign another qb then it could be different. But I think they’re rolling with Cam and getting these weapons for him. Two tight end sets.

Yeah it makes me think they’re going all in with Cam. It doesn’t seem likely they’d start a drafted rookie.

I’m not saying he deserves a huge payday but he’s trending up so he deserves more than he’s been paid in the past.

You don’t sign positional flexibility to 14 million guaranteed between two players. Big yikes to the start of this.
