Wilks is a forever assistant. We can't be the team that buys into the cool intangibles. He may be good off the field coach like Rivera but he is a terrible in game coach like Rivera.

Hahaha this is why Wilks is not that guy. Doesn't go for it and gives Brady too much time. Now they get it back after half time and boom. Wilks is a good dude but is too much of a wuss for NFL right now.
