  1. As long as he's still a good option in the red-zone I don't care. I feel like we're been missing that.

    Diablo IV

I mean it's an ARPG so there is going to be a lot of grinding and sometimes for marginal upgrades and whatnot. I think there is a lot of players that aren't as experienced playing ARPGs so the grinding side is a little odd for them. You can tell this because people were confused about seasons being new characters when that has been going on for years in Path of Exile and even Diablo 3. Diablo IV will find their core audience sometime in season 1. I do agree that people no-lifing D4 and then wanting more are silly. This isn't Path of Exile, and even then, PoE has had 10 years to add content on top of content. Diablo 4 is a game that is more serious than D3 but is much more casual than PoE. And that is FINE. That's the audience. If you guys like these type of games, look into Last Epoch on Steam. I've followed this for years and bought it in early (early) access and it's got so much better. They are getting closer to 1.0 later this year which will have seasons like PoE/D4. I think LE has more class diversity/build diversity than D4 but is much easier to grasp than PoE. Things are laid out easier to understand and the crafting on LE is super fun. In my perfect world, we'll soon have PoE2 / D4 / LE dropping seasons each month and staggering it so there is always some new ARPG season.

    Diablo IV

This "extended" beta time before season 1 has been good for them to gather data. I look forward to the changes to NM dungeons (better exp, teleport to the dungeon immediately, etc). They need to buff some skills for different classes, etc. I think they needed another 6 months to really get this game perfect but it's not far off to where they want it I think.
  4. If BoA doesn't renew then I would guess another bank like Truist could be in the mix.

    Diablo IV

It's a fun game mostly but there is a lot of glaring issues especially toward end game. I'm hoping they keep sorting out things. This time before season 1 was always going to be an "extended" beta in my mind anyway.
  6. Yeah DeAngelo should be on there. Davis was a beast but was here for such a short while while DeAngelo was here for a while and who could forget the wildcat fun. Also no Jon Beason?
  7. I hope people underestimate Bryce and he proves people wrong. Also, this is a great storyline, and the NFL loves pushing teams to wins that can give them good storylines .
  8. Yeah I agree with others, AR to Seattle just makes too much sense. You have at least a couple years out of Geno who is looking good in that system and Richardson can take some time to get ready.
  9. The OP's list is about right IMO. If Hardy drama didn't happen we may be listing him right behind Peppers. I would put Rucker and Johnson about at the same line though. None of the others on that list have ran past and missed the QB as much as Burns. I agree he hasn't had the same help around him but he just disappears form games (and not because of double team) and misses so many sacks. This isn't meant to be "Burns hate" as I'm glad we have him (though I would have made the trade).
  10. With Cam, I felt like if you made to the redzone you was probably getting a score, especially that 2015 season. What could have been with an NFL offensive line and better coach. Do not forget Cam, or what he gave us, but it is time to move into, apparently, the Bryce Young era, let's go.
  11. I mean like others pointed out they know what sells and know the current market. They crunch the numbers on what to list the property for. The time of showing the houses and the scheduling. Then of course the negotiation with the buyers agent which can get involved. Dealing with inspection and who is paying for what, etc. You're also paying for expertise and someone that "should" know the legal side of what to do and not to do. Add in being "on call" for what seems like 24/7 for questions and whatnot. These are basically contractors so they have to pay their own taxes and often have to pay a good bit for their own insurance. I'm not a realtor but have family that is and I've spent time with them where their clients (listing or buying) just nonstop call and have questions, freaking out, etc. I think the money is earned.
  12. So this album never hits the highs of Spit out the Bone but the lows aren't as low as the lows on Hardwired (Murder One I'm looking at you). I've enjoyed the previous two albums, Death Magnetic was good but did feel like a bunch of ideas stitched together. Hardwired as an improvement on that and had some real bangers (Spit out the Bone, Atlas, Moth, Dream No more). I just feel this album is the best "overall" album since the black album. It just flows nice and feels like a real thought-out collection of songs. These guys are pushing 60 and I feel this is a natural sound of a band at their stage and to still be relevant is a big accomplishment. James is the MVP of the album though, the vocals are his best work in a long time. I heard them on Kimmel do Master and he sounded good live as well.
  13. So far, this album is pretty great. The singles may be the weakest tracks and I enjoyed them so there is that.
  14. It feels like we've went from being a minor league team to an actual major league team this offseason.
  15. Yeah this really sucks. I've enjoyed his acting since Oz and then The Wire was just amazing. Loved Fringe and the Wick series. Also, Bosch on Amazon. He had a range of acting abilities, could do it all. I always wanted to watch something he was in. That recent Resident Evil on Netflix was TERRIBLE but Lance was the only good thing in it and he was great. RIP.
  16. That seems cheap. I just hope we aren't sitting on a ton of short yardage situations next season that can't get converted.
  17. The franchise has never had back to back winning seasons so I would hope building some kind of sustained success is the top priority.
  18. This is good. Someone that knows he's the backup to a rookie to mentor and help him. We don't need QB controversy while the rookie gets experience.
  19. Yeah unless we get a really good pick (we won't) I don't see the point of this. Just a bad pick from a bad coaching staff that we are stuck with. We'd be better off letting him compete and learn and be a backup potentially.
  20. Yeah Weiland was pretty unique in his vocal ability and the band musically has always been really really good. I can't believe we lost so many from that era, unique voices.
  21. This is an interesting point, from a legal standpoint at least. He was obviously speeding but he was behind that car and they caused the crash. Legally I'm not sure he had to STAY but could be wrong. Now, morally and character wise, it's majorly messed up to leave people behind like that that were in an accident.
  22. I mean a lot of grunge copied Neil Yong's 80's stuff too, it's all good. Pearl Jam's Ten was such an amazing record that they didn't feel they could fit Yellow Ledbetter on it which is like a B side from that album and now a staple at concerts (and a lot of people's favorites). They are still making good records. Pearl Jam smartly has evolved over the years. They couldn't make albums like Ten or Vs forever, as they got older they changed and their fans and they didn't try to recreate the early albums at all. Not many bands would do that. Some of their later career stuff has some of my favorites, especially Avacado album for instance. I love that era of music though, easily my favorite. Nirvana may be one my least favorites honestly. I personally don't like them as much as PJ, AIC, STP, Soundgarden, Blind Melon, etc. PJ's Ten, STP's Purple, Soundgarden's Superunknown are some of the best front to back rock albums ever. And AIC's Unplugged album is one of the best live albums, easily. I also think Nirvana's unplugged is great too.
  23. There is a lot of good metal it's just not on the radio or anything you have to find it. All genres. Personally I've been really digging the doom metal resurgence with Pallbearer, Khemmis, Sleep coming back with an album a couple years ago etc. Elder is good too but it's more pysch in these latest albums but still good. Also the new wave of traditional metal like Spirit Adrift and some stuff. Basically all genres have something going on. I was really sad about Power Trip and what happened there, if you haven't listen to Power Trip's last album it was one of my favorite in recent years if you like the chug.
