I think the guy was just making a business decision. Throw his name out there and see if anyone wanted to throw a crazy amount of money at him. It makes sense. The league could catch up to your offensive schemes at some point and you may get let go etc. If someone wants to throw a crazy pile of money at you to be a HC it would make sense to jump at that. I'm guessing no one blew him away so he chose to wait another year. Maybe he just likes being an OC. Too often in society everyone expects people to just keep moving up or trying to. Maybe he's just happy where he is.

I think 2-3 years but if we come out as bad as last year I would say less. I think most of the board expected 5-7 wins last season considering how the team played at the end of the previous season. Reich's team came out and was just historically bad on offense. It wasn't just about losing games but how dead the offense was. If we had a bunch of losses like the Green Bay game where we kept it pretty close and our QB showed promise I don't think Reich is gone. There was just no signs of improvement and that was the issue. As long as Canales' team shows promise throughout the year (s) I think he'll be given some time.

I feel our ST was pretty solid with him after many years of pretty bad ST play. Maybe we'll get someone better I guess.

I feel we needed a whole new team in there. But I hope it works out. I'm worried Tepper wanted to keep Fitt but had to cut him for public opinion so he kept the next best thing like Fitt around. Hopefully not the case.

Easily 2023 in my mind. Getting shut out back to back games? Come on. At least in 2010 we had a future #1 pick on the way. This year, we had nothing. Guess that just makes it feel really bad.

Sign and trade for whatever we can get. I feel Brown played so well he should steal that check. We have too many holes on this team to pay this guy.

I feel Bryce gets another shot next year. I have a feeling a new GM or couch will look at tape and determine he didn't have much of a chance with the talent around him and the couching. Maybe they can build around him better. But then again, maybe there is some FA out there they decide they want.

When he turned down the Rams offer for Burns it should have been immediate firing.

I want Evero back. The defense is playing as hard as they can with a non existent offense. They aren't giving up. Considering they are on the field so much it's impressive.

How could Bryce really ever succeed with this team? Garbage receivers. Bad play calling. We just had a 3rd and 9 and threw a 2 yard pass to Tremble. I'm not saying Bryce will be good but man this is an offense full of losers.
