Mike Florio is the same idiot that last year proclaimed that the Jay Cutler deal was a steal for the Bears and that it will go down a great deal for Chicago as Cutler was an elite QB already...something that the Bears lacked for 2 decades. He also thought Trestman was a great Head Coach and could really unleash the amazing Cutler that Lovie had bottled up. The guy is a complete and utter moron.

Are you serious? Wilson in HIS FIRST POST SEASON START got a road victory. In his SECOND post season start, he put on one of the most remarkable display of QBing you will ever find on the road. His defense literally choked (they do this often in tight games) after he gave them the lead with 30 seconds to go.

I think Newton should be paid AS much as Luck and Wilson. But again, Newton and his agent are doing the right thing. Let Luck's overrated behind reset the market and ask for 98% of that contract.

However, after they are proven, and join the ranks of vets, those risks no longer apply, and they are paid accordingly. I am not giving the Panthers ANOTHER discount if I am Newton. The FIRST discount resulted in me having an OLINE filled with un-drafted players, and WR core whereby a rookie was EXPECTED from game one to my number one WR threat--in my FOURTH year. Four years of discounts, on a team that when I came to it, was the worst, least talented offenses in the NFL the year prior to my arrival. Since I have been here the team has added Tolbert and have done nothing to overall upgrade either my Oline, RBs, or WR core. What is the discount for now? So you can turn all my WRs and TEs into rookies and un-drafted teams too?

Says who? Luck is about to be one of the most overpaid QB of all time. Fair market value would put Luck in the 20 million range right along with Wilson, Newton, and above Tannehill and Dalton. Luck's fair market is the NOT the same as Rodgers. But hey with people like you around, this why if I am Cam and Wilson I wait until the Colts hand Luck 25 million per season and turn to the Seahawks and the Panthers and ask, "Ok so what were you saying again about 20 million not being the right number? It is nasty trend for sure. It seems as though if a white guy does something CERTAIN posters on the Huddle feel empowered... Like, um hello, white football players are not inherent scrubs. The best QB, LB, and DE this season are white. There are also a number of great white WRs. It's almost like CERTAIN posters on here have an inferiority complex.

Wilson does not run out when there is no pressure. Seahawks have one of the worst pass blocking OL ever known to man. The Panthers should still be fine.

That is because this offense is exactly like 2010. The only thing that is upgraded is QB...however,EVERYBODY else around him is old and way pass their prime.
