"Cosby up the middle.......the whole team off the field." You older folks will get that one.

A year ago I traded my TV for a Library card...............best deal I ever made. If its a game I want to find out about in real time.......I just listen to it on the Internet live streaming radio while I do other tasks.... .....and if it sounds like it was a decent or interesting game then later that day or the next I just watch the highlights on Youtube. You'd be surprised how easy it is to get used to that............

Is this true? Can anyone confirm?
PghPanther replied to GhostOfDocAnderson's topic in Carolina Panthers
Here we go..........you know the Panthers franchise is looking more and more like a combination of the movies.... North Dallas 40 The Longest Yard. and the old HBO TV show call "First and Ten" about a NFL franchise owned by a woman played by Delta Burk. Whoever said being a Panthers fan is fun these days really hit on something. The way I figure it........if you can't have a playoff team then you have to have something to keep the interest going.......... strange/crazy/weird or bad news is better than no news at all..........LOL! -
Doubling down on Young. I don't like it. We NEED Young insurance.
PghPanther replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
Those stats ignore the physical attributes of height, size, ball control (hand size) and throwing strength of those other QBs with the way you have posted those stats to Young's creditably. You can make stats work for whatever you want them to but it doesn't tell the whole picture....... I'm inclined to think that despite how bad the Panthers offense is reflective to the results of Youngs play that he lacks the physical attributes to tenure a lengthy and/or successful career in the NFL.........of course time will tell but if I had to bet on that it would be that in 5 years from now he will either be out of the league or a bounced around franchises as a career back up if that. -
Next International NFL Location: Brazil
PghPanther replied to PanthersATL's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well I open a friggin can of worms with this demographic thing. Bottom line.......football to the whole world is a game you score by using your feet against a goalie..........it will take some time for the NFL to try to convince them otherwise. In motorsports its like Indy car trying to branch out and compete against F1 on a world wide basis. -

Just keep playing here in the US.....within 30 years this country will demographically be identical to Brazil. -

Who is Dave Canales? 9 part series
PghPanther replied to blueandblackattack's topic in Carolina Panthers
So this was a guy addicted to porn, alcohol and infidelity in marriage and then has a come to Jesus moment and is now addicted to Christianity. The addictive behavior is the same its just the game has changed. On top of that he was hired with a certain Panthers female president being very influential in the decision. Hmm..............I see a slipping off the Christianity wagon for a moment or two and reverting back to some biological urges of physical addiction that will result in a scandal in the future of the Panthers....... You heard it here first.............. -
I'm gonna do it...........I'm gonna say it.......and then we can come back here around around December and see if I eat crow or not. and that is................ Bryce Young is an epic BUST There I said............I know there are some of you that feel the same but well.......just won't say it.........so I will think out loud for those who aren't and that is he is no better prepared be an NFL QB than Tepper is an NFL owner. They both have each other....................good..........now stew in their failure together. BTW.....did any of you figure out I'm a fatalist? How in the world did you come to that conclusion? Don't worry I don't count.........only Tepper Big Brain counts.

I'm well aware of that................the challenge in any definition is the huge mix of races among Central and South Americans...........there are European/African and/or Central American Indian DNA in the ancestry of what is loosely defined as such. I will say that people who as a rule tend to be small in height with copper colored skin and black hair with dark brown eyes often have American Indian DNA that is either related to Aztec, Inca or Native US Indian background is demographically commonly referred to in marketing as Hispanic and/or Latino...........those people are most often from Central American countries where in most cases soccer is the national sport of preference and since they represent such a large demographic in the Charlotte area they fill the stands at Charlotte FC games.......... Using the word race is a matter of simplicity in my illustration figuring most people understand what I'm trying to say........but you are correct in that Hispanic/Latino backgrounds are identified as an ethnic group that may not be genetically of one race but a mix of other races and therefore are technically not a specific race per say. I'm Celtic (Irish, Scotch, Welsh) which is not a race but rather an ethic identify but most Celtics are White (as you pointed out).........while most Hispanics and Latinos with copper colored skin tend to have Western Indian DNA. The initial point of my response to the poster who said "nobody cares about the Charlotte FC" was that in fact a demographic shift over the last 30 years in Charlotte has a significant segment of the population who in fact do care about Charlotte FC and therefore attend those events........... -

Charlotte/Mecklenburg County is the first county on the US to have more births of Hispanic children than White children. This happened back in the early 2000s. If you've seen the attendance at those games Charlotte FC games it is predominantly Hispanic and thus fuels the interest level in that team and sport. Just stating the facts as they are. -

.....and while he was in prison there was hope for Bernie Madoff too but he went to his grave as a God complex narcissist. So far Tepper seems to be dripping in that kind of personality fueled first by money and now by public fame whether it be good or bad. -

Unfortunately the person that most needs to "want to be wrong" is the person least capable of ever admitting that..................as a result, your observation is right on the mark and as a result you will not get the luxury of being wrong in this case.
