Trade for Cooper Kupp. Bye bye Burns. If Young can't succeed at moving/controlling the ball with Kupp, Thielen, Chark and Hurst while Sanders and Shenault are check downs from the backfield, then he won't make it in the NFL.

Young will be a good coach one day. I don't see him as an NFL QB with the style of play he has relied on for success. I'm still holding out some hope, but if he can't convert wins in the 4Q with coaches, running game, and defense giving him a shot to win the game with the final 2 to 3 drives, he won't make it. Currently, he's 0-3 in these GWD opportunities. 0-5 will shut the door on him being a championship level QB. Young QBs may struggle in games, but they still convert 20% to 30% GWD if they'rechampionship level - even on a bad team.

If Fitterer is still here, then Tepper is all talk and no brass.

It would have been better to give CMC and his family personnel authority over the roster, scouting and coaching staff than Rhule and Fitterer. Bring in everybody possible with the last name McCaffrey, Shanahan and Kubiak. Legacy family affair to build around CMC. Likely have Wilks, Darnold, DJ Moore on the payroll. They obviously know what's necessary for success over Fittere and Tepper.

My magic wand would take us back to 2013 and promote Brandon Beane to GM. As for keeping it more recent, I would go back to the 2022 off season. I detailed my targets in the offeseson. FIRE Rhule & Fitterer in January. Remove Chosen from the roster & never bring in Mayfield. Trade Brian Burns and Derrick Brown before the draft. Trade down to accumulate 10 to 12 draft picks. Hire a coach and GM that committed to build an offense around CMC, Brian Robinson Jr, Garrett Wilson, DJ Moore and Jelani Woods. Turn the picks from trading Burns & Brown into Devin Lloyd, George Karlaftis, Coby Bryant, and James Houston IV. Load up on overlooked/underrated QBs to compete with Darnold. Desmond Ridder, Aqeel Glass, Brock Purdy and Jack Coan. That's what I wanted. My magic wand doesn't seem to work. Maybe I can find a magic lamp.

Are you saying the 2011 rebuild was done better than the 2023 reload? Fire Fitterer?

A DC who regularly has his defense's back up against the goal line the past 2 seasons definitely deserves to be an NFL HC. Who would ever think to have a DC who keeps bad teams in games and good teams at a championship level as a HC?

Howell, Ridder, Pickett, Purdy, Stroud, and Richardson making it known they can play. Young just needs more time, right? Young is halfway there to bustville and he knows it.

Fitt has made several horrible FA signings. Hard to choose.
