Or Canales getting on Bryce for not trusting the play calls and checking down to the screen which is meant to freeze the D if they don't cover the receiver on the post. Bryce is still getting spooked by disguised blitzes.

Give Brady Christensen his due. That was the cleanest we've seen the pocket in a while. Consistency with edge pass blocking is critical (especially when you need passing lanes for a short QB). He's starting at OT for an NFL team. Panthers need to make him the LT and move Ekwonu to LG. Ekwonu will easily be an All Pro guard. Need to trade Lewis or Hunt. Ekwonu comes back and you'll see the pocket problems again that will take away any small chance of success with Bryce at QB. Ekwonu's ankles won't hold up over the years with his poor footwork, slow kick, and the body leans.

Evero showing the pressure they can bring if he asks for it. Then back to a backstop D
-
Evero going to dial up a ball hawking D or just sit back and wait for a mistake like a back stop defense?
-
What was Bryce staring at for 5 seconds? XL and Coker were on the opposite side and he never looked at them
-
Bryce with the wobbler
-
See what happens when you trust the call Bryce
-
That's what Canales and M.Sanders keep telling Bryce while he doesn't even make eye contact with them
-
When are you going to realize that 3rd down screen play is a check down. There's a 1st read for the post receiver that Bryce keeps bailing on. Coker was open. The play worked and the QB doesn't trust it
-
Receivers are getting open. Bryce can't find them.
-
Bryce had Coker and got spooked by the blitz again. Gave up
-
That's an Evero specialty

1st and 30 against Evero. Still a likely first down coming

Bryce Young is getting consumed pre snap

You keep believing Canales is the one killing his 3rd down play calls at the line with Allen disguising blitz
-
Canales doesn't kill the plays at the line. That's Bryce. Bryce didn't run the plays that were called. He's afraid of the blitz in his passing lane.
-
Canales was just getting on Bryce for what he's failing to see and why he's audibling out of the calls. Sanders was upset with the audible too.
-
Canales and Sanders are upset with Bryce's decisions. XL wondering what Bryce was thinking too
-
Bryce with his usual no look pass behind the line
-
There were no LBs behind them. They had 2 safeties 8 yards back behind a 5 men on the line. Who calls that against Taysom Hill?
-
That defensive set up was weak
-
Realize the difference is the LT play on passing downs. Bryce has a pocket, passing lanes and the ability to trust his LT not to let the edge rusher cross into the pocket, bull rush into him, or lose the angle on the outside
-
Look at BC blocking the edge by the pocket and not leaning to lose his feet. Ekwonu will never get to that level as a pass blocker
-
Only took half a season for Canales and Morgan to convince Tepper to Thomas and Tremble on the bench
