Tepper alluded to actually getting some consultants in his presser to help this time so a lot of the names right now are going to be the hot ones the media is propping up. Our next HC is likely not in the discussion yet. I do really love the idea of this Shane Steichen feller. Given what he's done with Herbert and Hurts who both had major questions as prospects and MANY here not wanting them, imagine what he could do with Stroud or Young... Also think Kellen Moore is a real possibility given his preferential treatment in league circles but I'm not super enthused. More than Quinn though. Quinn meh-sauce.

If our patterns serve us correctly, this means Rhule gets the boot really soon. Ian gets it wrong a ton. JLC who had the other report was the first to break Rivera’s hiring, and our interest in Rhule.

He’s got a good feel in the pocket. Similar to Bryce in never looking reactive and just smooth as hell. Could see him excel in a Shanahan-tree type offense.

I remember reading a good article about him about a year ago. Really exciting to see him start to come into his own. Could really develop into something. Love his awareness and decisiveness

We would’ve likely hindered his development but the trade up value would’ve been less than the capital we gave up for Darnold and Henderson combined. Let’s get the HC/GM combo right first and hope we land a stud. With guys like Penix Jr, Ward skyrocketing up boards, Stroud, BRYCE, Levis, Van Dyke, Jefferson in play, we’ve got options that in my opinion are better than Pickett and last years horrible crop.

Vegas or Miami can finagle their cap to CMC package could work. Vegas for sure, Miami would need to restructure or give us a contract (Gesicki?), theirs would be a bit more entailed. Both would make A LOT of sense. And I’m relieved to hear that about Rhule. Can’t ever truly hate a guy but he’s really spiraled this franchise.

Jefferson, Ward, and Penix Jr are the big risers. Excited for all this week!
