He struggling because he is a rookie, football is a team sport and it's more then one position. This fan base is so caught up on wins and loses that people is quick to blame one person when it's about the hole picture. That's why players leave this organization and play better with others. And your right about dumbing down the playbook and I'm not a Frank Reich fan. He should have never been hired.

Dude I don't got to prove anything to you or show you anything. You can clearly see it or watch it. Look at both QBs games, look at the pre-snaps, the processing, the audibles, the motions, and the line adjustments. Then come back and tell me Stroud is doing all of them. Because young is most definitely doing it. I been playing and around football my hole life. I know what I'm talking about.

Dude even steve smith said it. And I was high on Stroud also, its not a who smarter then who situation. It's more of who is more ready and better for who scheme. Stroud is perfect for what his team scheme is.

You must not be doing your research because past players have stated Stroud is in a easier position and not having to learn what Young is learning. That is the reason why they choose Young because of his knowledge. It's not just the play calling, it's a shity scheme that's very hard to learn from every position. It's more to it then what you think. Stroud did not fit the system, and probably would have a hard time learning everything Young is learning.

I feel the same. People just so hung up on Stroud vs Young that they not even paying attention to the situations that's not even the same to be judged. The material Young is learning is far more then what Stroud is learning. When Young can get a hang of everything he is learning, he will be on another level. The problem is it takes time, and fans are tired of losing. Fans want immediate progress.

Frank always say something stupid in post game interviews. Today he stated he didn’t see the difference in no huddle and huddle so he switch to huddle for time management. Who didn’t see the difference, I sure did. Bryce and the team was balling in no huddle. They had Miami on their toes. Then franked switched to huddle, and Bryce started snapping the ball with one second left again and his timing was off again like previous games. His rhythm was completely gone. Last week Frank said something about not using TMJ. And today he still didn’t until 5 minutes left in the game. Week before last Frank said he called a play for a player not even in the game. Frank is a major problem with this team. Did anyone see the creativity and miss direction play calls Miami ran. It’s a big difference from what Carolina run. The scheme is very old school and predicable.

I truly believe this team does not practice deep throws, which is why Bryce struggle with them. Frank has said he runs a dink and dunk offense. That's probably what they focused on all off season and now realize they need to go deep but it's too late for that because you really don't have the personal. This game was another example of bad coaching, frank just said after the game his game plan was no huddle and it was working. Then he did a couple of plays with huddle and he felt like it was no difference, but yes it was a big difference. Frank is the problem. He took bryce out of rhythm.

I'm not saying he should, I'm saying it wouldn't matter if we had a different QB because frank is not a good coach. Thats what im blaming the owner for more.

So what if he did what Stroud. How do we know if Stroud would be better then young in Frank's system, because he has went through a number of QBs that looked like poo in his system. Just because Stroud is doing will with one team doesn't mean he would be the same with us. Frank is a problem with this team and having Stroud wouldn't change it. He is not a good coach.

I can see it all over Reich face, clueless and defeated. He dont have an answer to the problem and you know what happens after that. But Fitt needs to be fired first or both at the same time.
