Bryce laughs off the size difference of players from college vs NFL. He says college averages 6'3" vs NFL 6'5". Doesn't matter to him because they're all huge from where he's looking.

Verizon is offering NFL Sunday Ticket for free
panfanman replied to PanthersATL's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yes. . .I'm signing up tomorrow for the home Internet. LTE 5G. My son has it in his bundle at our house and it works great. He's a gamer so speed is important to him and it works fine. He's going to take it off his bundle and we're adding it to ours simply for the Sunday Ticket. -

Got to thinking. I'll have Y-tube with the Verizon Sunday Ticket package so I would get the local channels that way. -

Verizon is offering NFL Sunday Ticket for free
panfanman replied to PanthersATL's topic in Carolina Panthers
So I have a few questions about Sunday Ticket and this plan. It says "out of market" games. So if I love in market in South Carolina, I wouldn't get the Panthers games at home? Next question. I'm a truck driver who isn't home most Sundays. If it's set up for my address in South Carolina, but am streaming it in my truck in Rockford Illinois am I still considered in market or out of market and can I get the game? 3rd question. I know nothing about VPNs. Would using a VPN make it so the streaming would work in Market? -

I think I read somewhere 4 games can be streamed at the same time. -
I'm excited and ready for the season to start because. . . Football. I'm not excited about the Panthers this year. I've always went in with hope until this year. The Panther's media team have always done well getting me pumped with their propaganda. I'm just propaganda out. I'm not saying I expect the Panthers to be trash this year. I'm just not drinking the Kool aid anymore. I'll pull for my blackcats and cheer louder than 99% of the fan base. But they need to give me a reason now. They need to show me.

And I get that about him and his previous college success. But good lord, the embarrassment cat's out of the bag and as long as he keeps running his mouth I don't see that cat getting back in the bag. What recruit or family of a recruit is going to be sucked in after he has and continues to make a fool of himself. If he had kept his mouth shut and bowed out gracefully maybe but he just keeps digging himself deeper. I probably would have rooted for him in Nebraska if he had just left gracefully.

I supported this guy like no other. Even in his last season here I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and wanted the team to succeed under him. That being said. . . he's just a moron. How in the world did he ever have success at Baylor and Temple is beyond me. Good luck Nebraska.

This time of year the club loves to pump up the gullible fan base with fictitious hyperbole in preparation for the start of the season. It happens every year. They get us all worked up and excited that either "this is our year" or "this is our guy". Think it's best just to sit and wait until about week 8 (heck maybe into year 2) before we think we know anything. Just being realistic after years of being let down.

At this point in time, who feels like we lost this trade?
panfanman replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Bingo. But I generally don't side with many popular opinions so. . . . . .I just don't voice them unless I'm firm in my belief. -

panfanman replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Until he has led us to 6 or 7 division championship, a handful of conference championship appearances, and a Superbowl appearance or 2. . .we lost in that trade. -
This is the best thing that could happen to our defense during training camp.

Hello McFly. . .hello. . . The QB room at this point is the biggest Boom or Bust. And for what we spent to get Young if he isn't a Boom there is no room for mediocrity and he's a bust.

Which away games do you plan on attending....
panfanman replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I was thinking about the same thing with Chicago. I've been there before but I was so young I don't remember it. I've been planning to do Nashville this year for the past 2 years. I kind of hate that they dropped it on the Sunday after Thanksgiving because it was going to be a whole vacation in Nashville kind of thing. But now the traffic and price of hotels will be even worse. It could make me change to Chicago. -
Was just going to say the same.

Someone at SI is on crack if they think we should get an A.

This may be the least excited I've ever been about a Panther's draft class. Thank goodness I look at the initial free agent period as one of our best.

Could it be a player trade?

Hmmmm. . .
