So much estrogen at the Kelly Clarkson concert I felt like A turtle wanting to go into my shell. I was 12 or 13 when I saw backstreet boys. Went with a bunch of tweens. Oh and I saw Dru Hill before Sisqo went solo. It WAs ok. Jana Kramer is a better singer live than I give her credit for. She's even hotter in person. Looking forward to going to Stagecoach this year. Hoping to catch Jake Owen. -

My favorite solo musician. He is as every bit good live perhaps better than his albums. His Chariot album has a live version and you could barely notice the difference from the studio version. The only thing that turned me off from his concert was he showed up almost 2 hours late. Everyone was standing around like where the hell is this guy. He didn't start singing until around 10.30pm -

Why is it that some of you huddlers are fixated on..

While I understand and agree with your premise, I had to look at some hard numbers. Looking at the 40 times of the top 30 WRs of last season, there appears to be a correlation between 40 times and the top tiers of WRs. My conclusion is that Nelson and Bryant are the exceptions and not the rule. Chances are, the top WR's are fast and not everyone is lucky enough to draft Jerry Rice or Larry Fitzgerald but will more than likely draft a sub 4.5 40 WR. 1. Antonio Brown - 4.47 2. Demaryius Thomas - 4.38 3. Julio Jones - 4.39 4. Jordy Nelson - 4.51 5. Emmanuel Sanders - 4.41 6. TY Hilton - 4.34 7. Golden Tate 4.42 8. Dez Bryant - 4.52 9. Jeremy Maclin - 4.45 10. Odell Beckahm, Jr. - 4.43 4.43 Average 40 time of Top 10 8 out of 10 WR are sub 4.5 (Nelson/Bryant) 11. Randall Cobb - 4.46 12. Deandre Hopkins - 4.41 13. DeSean Jackson - 4.35 14. Alshon Jeffrey - 4.48 15. Calvin Johnson - 4.35 16. Steve Smith Sr. - 4.39 17. Anquan Boldin - 4.71 18. Mike Evans - 4.53 19. AJ Green - 4.50 20. Kelvin Benjamin - 4.61 4.47 average 40 time of 11-20 WR 6 out of 10 WR are sub 4.5 (Boldin, Evans, Green, Benjamin) 21. Vincent Jackson - 4.46 22. Sammy Watkins - 4.43 23. Julian Edelman - 4.52 24. Eric Decker - 4.54 25. Brandon LaFell - 4.54 26. Rueben Randle - 4.55 27. Andre Johnson - 4.41 28. Kenny Stills - 4.38 29. Roddy White - 4.47 30. Marques Colston - 4.50 4.48 average 40 time of 21-30 WR 5 out of 10 RW are sub 4.5 (Edelman, Decker, LaFell, Randle, Colston) -
He can be the #1 or #2 in Oakland and catch passes from Derek Carr or he can be the #2 in Carolina and catch passes from Cam Newton wutevz

I wonder how long Greg Jennings, Hakeem Nicks and Michael Crabtree play hardball until they realize they need to sign with a team asap

This was hilarious. Love the Bengal's pick too -
Greg Olsen openly criticizes the offensive playsand gets Shula fired week 2

I thought Nicks wanted to prove he can be a #1 receiver and play on a passing team? Makes no sense why he would want to be catching passes from Kaepernick and behind Boldin and Torrey Smith.

I second the gay porn. Matt Ryan won't be able to focus with the sound of his people playing. -

If it came down to Peat or Perriman....
h0llywood replied to MedellinHeel's topic in Carolina Panthers
If we can get Peat in the 1st and Smith or Agholor in the 2nd then yes. -
That is amazing. Assuming the property is worth $315k, the VA loan will pay 20% or $63k down. You are only financing 255k which is a 1,200 mortgage payment minus taxes. As other mentioned, you don't have to worry about PMI which is an additional couple hundred. Save the cash.
-
Of course you use your VA loan! majority of America cannot afford dropping 20% on a house so use that benefit. You can also use it To your advantage against other potential buyers on the same house. save your cash for the move or furniture. Btw... how's the real estate market in Denver? How much does a 3br, 2b go for?

Perriman reminds me of Cordarelle Patterson. Suspect hands but pure speed demon. Would you guys rather have Perriman over Devin Smith?
