It's Jets joint practice Day 1 (8.9.2023)

What time does it start? -
Agree. Set this franchise up for long term, sustainable success. This roster ain't bad if healthy. Could be fun to watch. We need a new coach desperately.

Nice young core to build with.

Round 3 - The Carolina Panthers Select DJ Johnson - EDGE - Oregon

Don't we already have this guy on the roster in Barno? Would've been super stoked to have BY, Mingo, Washington and our new guard with 2 more picks to go. -

Man, I may be one of the OG guys. Don't know who's left on this site from back in the day. I went silent lurked for many a year and came back this past year. When I left the posters/postings were getting a little outa control. I likely contributed to some of that, but as I've aged, I only care about good conversation and content. This Panther site captures that well. -
Man. I've been saying this since NCS days. Some of those balls were begging to be picked.

How many wins will this team bring on paper?
Htarnation4.0 replied to Chad_Cota's topic in Carolina Panthers
I see a sweep of our division. Could go undefeated at home so 10-12 wins seems about right. Now if the rookie qb loses a few games for us that could all change, but this team, and coaching staff, should get a few W's -
I completely agree. You can't coach that speed. He has the ideal size as a stand up lb

McCown to CJ : “Maybe when you move to Charlotte”
Htarnation4.0 replied to TheWiz's topic in Carolina Panthers
I drive all over this state for work. There are some pretty diverse spots. The Raleigh/Charlotte debate is weird for me. Charlotte became what it did despite the politics in Raleigh. Quite the feat. As for Gastonia, it's growing right along with every other town in this state. Belmont is quite the jewel over there, however. But glad to call Concord home. -

An updated look at our cap, and where we are spending it
Htarnation4.0 replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
So I literally cannot keep up with the cap thing, so could someone help me out with what our cap space will look like next year? Cap only seems to matter with the Panthers btw. Every other franchise, particularly the Saints, always seem to have money to throw around. -
Before the draft, we address free agency

Give our qb targets. Invest in that OL at some point in the draft. Keep the trenches strong -
Love this.

Although losing out when you suck is ideal, I agree with you on how to get players and coaches to buy in. They're not. -
Athletic mock from today Top 6 picks

Agree with the poster above. AR will be there at 9. If they like him enough, and I suspect his combine numbers will look great, draft him. -
