I believe too many folks are caught up in the "If you aren't making highlight reel plays on instant repays, or ESPN highlights. You're not doing your job" mentality.

For a team game like football, the QB get more credit, or blame than they usually deserve. But that's football. As for how he is treated here? I have no answer, or at least not one I'm willing to say out loud. You don't temp fate with the "Candy Man" mystique

Unfortunately, I don't see an end in sight. It probably won't get better until maybe the draft. God forbid we have a bad draft. But it will take until we start winning games for this place to get back to...normal. There is just a small number of us Cockeyed Optimist left. lol By the end of the year, we may be on the endangered species list.

It is the 2nd year of a rebuild. That other stuff does not apply anymore. Judge Rhule on Rhule, not by past regimes.

Nice take. This team does have a lot more talent than it did when Rhule arrive. The consensus when the season started was "I just want to see improvement". Then we won the first three games, and folks lost their perspective.

Folks are frustrated right now. I would say that winning some games might help, but I'm not really sure it would at this stage. The team looked good to start the year. If we could somehow get that mojo back. It would go a long way to soothe some of the ills.

I really feel guilty living in your head rent free. There's lot's of room up here. You could probably build condos, that would be good use of all this empty space.
