Sam has talent. Yet NY did absolutely nothing to develop that talent. Whereas here, he is getting all the Coaching this staff can muster. And it is working. He has taken off the last few weeks. If he can transfer TC to the field? We gon be good Offensively.

I get having a Vet for a young QB. But Sam is basically the Vet QB now. Like I said. How much can another QB help him at this point? A handful of times a year? I get having a back-up that can win you a few games here and there. But I am not sure Sam needs a Mentor at this stage of his career.

It's a scramble. It is not the end of the world if a QB does it every so often. Every QB but Brady scramble. Also, most QBs get hurt in the pocket, not while running. So it is kind of a good safe play. Le'ts keep those bullets in the gun. Until there IS something to see, there is nothing to see. YET. If Sam can play all 17 games? I think we have a chance to be a really good team. Short story long: Sam's got dis.

I would like to say that it's Training Camp. The Jets can't hide Wilson, there's nowhere he can hide. Unless they want to do private practices, folks are going to see him play. I may suck for the kid, but he still has to ride it out. Sam rode that ride, and came out the other side just fine. As to that bolded part? I was just thinking about that. How much help would a Vet QB actually make? A few suggestions here and there? This is Sam's 4th year. He IS the Vet QB.

That may be true, and probably is. However, I am talking about this year. I am so excited for this year that I just don't feel like entertaining all those negative thoughts. And there are a lot of them coming in. Folks have a right to harp, whine, and complain. Just don't expect me to join in.

Well, to be honest. When it first started. We didn't need to. It's only really gotten bad since Cam was drafted. Before that we had a few Trolls, but they weren't nearly as obnoxious as this generation. But I see what you mean. Make a "Be a good Boy" contract that folks have to sign when they register. lol

Ok, let me amend that. Best case. Kick Off, put your best D on the field. Hope for a 3 and out. Heck of a way to not only start the game, but set the tone as well.
