I agree with your assessment wholeheartedly. Even with the shaky start, he hit 6 different Receivers. Used his stud, DJ had 6 catches. And had no Turn Overs. I'd say he did a really good job. Damm good start to the year. I was hoping it would go well, and it did. Yeah for me.

I know this will fall on deaf ears, but here goes anyway. 1. C'mon man. It's Pre-Season. There is no Scheming, there is no Game Planning. 2. Pitt. plays a 3-4. Do you really think we have practiced against that? 3. Scott was the starting LT. Lastly. The 1st team only punted once. Was the Oline pretty? Not really. But under the circumstances, it was good film for evaluation. Which, after all, is what Pre Season is all about.
