The funny part in all this. Not one of you have actually asked my opinion about Sam. You all just assumed you know. Reason 112 on why I love this place so.
-
Wow. That's rather harsh don't cha think? Nah, of course not. Attack the optimist. lol
-
Is this a real question. Dang dude. Sam ain't near the QB those guys are. Duh. Sam needs more help. It ain't rocket science.
-
We were squabbling like children. You should be embarrassed as well. But hey, we all know you aren't. What a putz.
-
I'm done with this one. My fellow Huddlers, I apologize for letting someone get under my skin. I will endeavor to be better going forward. I hope that was at least somewhat entertaining.
-
You say something untrue, or crass. I usually poo ya. You do those things a lot.
-
After rereading this I have come to the conclusion you sure think you are all that don't cha. You claim this board is for differing opinions. Yet... you get all hissy because I try to be optimistic. I have to believe you must somehow think my opinions means less than yours. Which by definition makes you all that.
-
If you think all I do is complain. Then you obviously don't read all my posts. Which pretty much invalidates this post right here. I know you can't stand that I am optimistic. I know, it's crazy, a fan wants their team to be entertaining. Hey, what can I say. I'm a happy guy who loves that you just can't get enough of me.
-
Do you actually read others? Because you have a reputation for taking others words out of context. And here we go again.
-
It truly bothers you that there are folks who aren't as angry as you. Doesn't it?
-
You truly have no qualms about insulting people do you?
-
And for the most part, you are probably right. I just refuse to go all mental and scream at e v e r y stinkin thread being made. This is the time of year for optimism. But this place has sucked the life out of it. The phrase "When I was a child, I acted as a child" sure fits this place right now. I would rather suffer the slings and arrows. Than act like these folks. So I will continue to be optimistic for the future, and entertained by the diversity of the Huddle.

If we take a Tackle at 6, Sam may just have the best line he has ever played behind. Add in Campen, and that line might just be pretty good. Throw in a Healthy CMC, and Royce, and we have the running game a QB needs. Plus we now have an OC that has had success with QBs in the past. And there is a chance Sam can have a solid year. If the D has another solid year, we just may be competitive.
-
When you are expecting the world to come crashing down on you. Is there really such a thing as a safe place?
-
According to those stats, he has gotten worse every year. Isn't that kinda the opposite of what you may be looking for? So...regression is the new progression.
-
Sam's the only QB in this draft that gets credit for playing bad last year. I wonder why that is? Pickett played well...no credit for him Willis played rather well...no credit for him Yet Howell played badly, (Well, he had lots of yards on the ground) and he is the chosen one? LOL

It really is too bad that folks on here have fallen to this level. The negativity has gotten so toxic, that if you say anything positive at all, you get shitt on by all the cool kids. I am interested to see how he can play behind a good Oline, (If we draft a T that would help.), a capable OC, and an Oline Coach that knows what he is doing.
-
You can do that negative crap if you want to. A lot of that going on around here. The fact is, Rhule's 1st year, we couldn't get off the field on 3rd down. They addressed it during the Offseason. And last year, the D WAS improved. And they did it without Horn. If you want to go all negative, find someone else. There are plenty of Huddlerz to choose from.
-
Quantify it any way you wish. The fact is, the D was much improved after they addressed it. If they have the same level of improvement with this Offense as they did with that Defense. We should be an improved team. And isn't that what truly matters?
-
Rhule's first year the Defense couldn't get off the field on 3rd downs. That OffSeason, they went about addressing that. Last year, that D played really well. Last year, the Offense struggled. So far this OffSeaon they have done a pretty good job of addressing that. FA is still a possiblity, and we still have the draft. Or heck, even a trade is possible. IMO, Rhule has improved the roster every year. And at this point, he has the best roster of his tenure. With options out there to improve it even more. Let's see what the guy can do. Hellz Bellz. If MacAdoo, and Campen can generate some Offense. This team could be pretty good. Still a young team learning to win. But hey, why not start this year?
-
Brady, and Brown should have gotten playing time last year. Especially once we were out of Play Off contention. All the kids should have. That's a coaching blunder. It sure would be nice, at this time, to know what exactly they are capable of. B
-
Christensen, Brown, Bozeman, Colbert, and Moton just might get er done. That line has potential.
-
I could have sworn he was a RG. If he can play LG, then that settles it. No T at 6.
-
See. that's the thing. I know Colbert has played RG, but don't know if he can play LG? I do know Brown has played RG, but don't know if he can play LG? Which one can play LG? All I know is, we don't have to take a T at 6.
-
I'm a firm believer that we are set as far as the Oline goes. Brady, Colbert, Bozeman, Brown, and Moton. Take a Stud DE, hope MacAdoo can help Sam. And let's go to war.
