Slow walking Defensive rotations to get Delay of Game penalties. Taking a Defense that couldn't get off the field. To one of the better Defenses in the league. Taking a team bereft of talent. And turning into one of the best rosters we have seen in a while. It is not all doom and gloom. But one would never know by reading your posts. Edit to add; And putting IMO, or I think, in your posts does not make them any truer. It does not add any credence to your words. For example; "I think you are overly negative"

Spin that crap boyyo. You hate Rhule. NOTHING anyone says will change that. It has become a challenge to nitpick everything you say that contradicts yourself. A coach with 2 years experience is not good enough for you. Every perceived mistake is take to the nth degree with you. Don't feel bad. You are not alone. Edit to add; There are so many exciting things going on. And you are stuck in this loop. Fug Rhule, fug Tepper, rinse and repeat. Come join the excitement. It is better for your soul than all this hand wringing negativity.

I can see it now. Rhule sitting in his office. He had just gotten the Panther job. HIs first thought was. "How can I build something that is a disaster waiting to happen." lol Your hate is strong.
-
You must have misquoted @CRA. There is no way he thinks that Brady isn't just the bomb. He thinks Rhule ruined Brady's career trajectory. lol
-
So if a Coach makes a mistake, it makes him incompetent? Then there are precious few competent Coaches. Cuz they all make mistake. We get it. You don't like Rhule. Please don't speak in absolutes. It is childish.

Good to see that even though you are no longer a Panther fan. You still feel the urge to regale us with your asinine takes. -

After reading this thread, it is obvious which Huddlers are Panther fans. And those who's self worth only allow them to value Panther wins. This is the most exciting time of the year. A time when we, as Panther fans, can hope for a brighter tomorrow. A time where the new meshes with the old, to establish a new future. Unfortunately, far too many folks are still stuck in the past. Letting their past fears of failure, override their excitement level. Too bad really. Lot's of exciting things going on right now. C'mon Matt. Be the QB we all need. -
It's funny, cuz it's true. lol

Well that was sure entertaining. At least it was fairly civil. Except for Mr. Scot insulting folks that is.

Peter King says maybe Brees to Panthers?????

You truly love the sound of your own voice don'tcha? -
It was widely held that when Rhule took over, this team had little talent. And no QB. Hard to win with that combination. He has built a solid roster, but still, at this moment, has no QB. Going to be difficult to win under these circumstances. I'm so sorry I was not more exact in my wording.
-
Rhule didn't start with all that talent. He brought almost all of those guys in. But that's not the point I was making. Caper only won when Collins played. Fox only won as long as good Jake was around. RR only won win Cam was healthy. Rhule hasn't won because he has yet to find his QB.
-
That is not what I said. You once again twisted my words to fit your stance.
-
I said everything I needed to say in my last post. You can rearrange it any way you choose. You usually do.

Capers had a Supplemental Draft to go along with getting Collins at pick #2. Capers won with Collins, and lost a lot without him. Fox had a decent team, then found Jake. Fox won a lot with Jake, and not so much without him. Rivera had a decent team for Cam to lead. RR had Cam and had some success until Cam fell apart. No so many wins without him. Rhule had no talent, and no QB. But you think that is the same situation. lol

When the younger generation gets around to writing their history. It will be misspelled, and have no punctuation. -
If a city offers a new stadium and training facility...

So...if the Panthers start, say 1-4, or 2-5, you may just hand in your Moderator Badge and head out? I don't usually root for loses. But man, that is tempting. -
It was a comparison of their respective careers as they were headed off to the NFL. Nothing more. Dang man, you just can't allow folks to be happy can you? Just because you are unhappy, does not mean everyone must be as well.

You may be speaking the truth, but it is falling on mostly deaf ears. Those that don't see it, don't want to see it. They just know our D sucked. It had to, because we sucked. Their hate won't allow them to see any positives. Only the negatives. Between the Draft, and FA a lot of Huddlerz have returned to the fold. But there is still a rather large contingent of haters, who still bring the negativity. That said. This post should be a thread. Let everyone know that our D wasn't as bad as some will have you believe.
-
Maybe we should start a peer review board to get topics approved? That way folks like these won't have to waste their time telling the rest of us how to Huddle properly.

Corral college tape vs. Darnold college tape
iamhubby1 replied to Wundrbread33's topic in Carolina Panthers
The lack of negativity has screwed up their equilibrium. Now they are left lashing out, trying desperately to latch on to any semblance of hate. As their food source diminishes, they will leave for darker waters. -
And somewhere out there Coach Snow is hiding behind his bed hoping to come out of this alive.

Sure, if a team runs all over you they may win the TOP, and may even win the game. But, it will probably be a low scoring game. If a team passes all over you, it is going to be a much higher scoring game. Which one would you aim to slow down? Not so sure I am going to worry about our D this year. As @Davidson Deac II pointed out. Our run D was 9th in YPC. If we can stay in that ballpark, we should be ok. We should have a decent pass rush, and our DBs are good to go. Finding a partner, or 2 for Shaq is about our last real need. IMO, we are going to live or die by the hands of the O. Because this D should be good enough to keep us in most games.
