  1. She teaches science? Ask her what she thinks of Brian Billick's M = F * V equation. . .
  2. How many times have we been down to the red zone and blown our own feet off? We outgained the Cardinals by a huge margin in yards, and we weren't playing from way behind until the very end. The playcalling hasn't been anything to write home about, but the offense is doing a fantastic job of effing up every opportunity they get with drops, penalties, poor blocking and bad decisions.
  3. This has been a defensive slugfest, Cam's one bad decision and a couple of drops away from a big lead. But I'm ok with a lead.
  4. Holy hell Cam is ripping that ball into windows a foot wide. Scaring the crap out me but damn!
  5. I hate to break it to you, but a lot of Rivera's decisions late in games are favored mathematically. We have shitty luck.
  6. I'm going to say that a candidate leaked it, and I'll also say that said candidate was not actually in the running for the head coach job and is assuming that he was, because coaches that get feelers from the NFL for head jobs aren't stupid enough to leak it and our FO is not the kind that does that.
  7. Hold up. If this came from a candidate learning the Panthers checked out his background, couldn't they be assuming it was for a head coaching gig? The staff as a whole isn't guaranteed to be here next year. Some dumbass might be reading more into it than it is.
  8. Well, that is interesting. I wonder if this was before the Giants game and just now leaked. Then again, Rivera knows his seat is hot, and it has been since last year. Oh well, at least he won't coach scared.
  9. It hurts, but it's for the best. He deserves to play, he absolutely deserves to have the opportunity to play at his best. He wasn't going to get that here. No one should be bitter or angry about this, it's part of the business.
  10. Ginn was cheap. They didn't want him, or use him (which is on the coach, not the GM.)
  11. Trade away or cut cheap depth. . .why exactly?
  12. But. . .but. . .Kaepernick is better? Harbaugh surely wouldn't let a speedy wideout get away when his team would desperately need one to take pressure off Boldin after Crabtree went down, right?
  13. Umm, the special teams did have a turnover. The score was 12-7, not 13-7. I'll concur that we should have been more aggressive, but we were in position to win.
  14. They still have two timeouts. A big play turnover gives them another chance.
  15. I bet none of them even notice the plays where Armanti made an impact without showing up on the stat sheet. Like on LaFell's TD, he ran a pick route across the formation that forced LaFell's defender to break outside and the linebacker to have to cut across him, leaving LaFell wide open.
  16. Rotation at DE, part of Giants philosophy. Gettis still making rookie errors. White made a case as good tackler, run defender.
  17. So we need to A.) find a team in need of secondary help so bad that they'd want a pint-sized slot corner, and B.) that team has to have a good to decent backup right tackle they're willing to give away, and C.) they'd have to be in a different division since intra-division trades are very rare.
  18. His blocking was by far the worst part of his game, so they probably decided to use as many live game snaps as possible to give him practice at it.
  19. I am dumbfounded at how flippantly people say things like this. Yeah, let's just turn on the cheat mode in Madden, than the CPU will give anyone for Munnerlyn. . .
  20. Gettis waived/injured likely means stashing on IR if they want to keep him.
