  1. Hey at least she was up front about her red flag(s) on her profile. Better than being a few dates in before finding out she’s…a Cowboys fan.
  2. This kinda feels like me filling out my March Madness bracket when I don't watch a lick of college basketball but still feel the need to pick some obligatory upsets. I mean I get that picking US would technically be the upset if we're going off of Vegas odds, but these picks are really lopsided when in reality it should probably be fairly close to a 50/50 toss-up on paper.
  3. Lol @ Gregory Randy. I guess that’s what happens when you’re cursed with two first names.
  4. And those were all the same experts who, after we destroyed them, said "Well of course they won! Saints were down 827 starters".
  5. If he's an introvert who just wants to be left alone, then the good news is that for 4 quarters every Sunday...him and his receiver will be left alone on CJ Island
  6. Best pass rush in NFL history is more accurate! #ProudHomer
  7. That sucks…so we’re not gonna get a shot at all those All-Pro o-linemen that teams are gonna cut mid-season
  8. I think there's definitely some truth to this. How many sacks have we gotten where someone comes through completely unblocked? Hell, for how good Brian Burns is, I'm fairly sure all 3 of his sacks were unblocked. As someone else mentioned, props to Snow's scheme in confusing the opposing offense.
  9. Torn Achilles for Mack last year: CMC a couple weeks away from returning: 4th round pick (Hubbard) looked improved in the second half against the Texans: Meh...I get the apprehension about our running game with CMC out, but this would be somewhat of a panic-trade. CMC should be back soon and we drafted a talented RB who deserves some playing time to see what he's got. Besides, if Mack is seeking a trade for "opportunity elsewhere"...then this ain't the place for him considering CMC gets like 47 touches a game when he's on the field.
  10. We have what looks to be the most dominant defense in the league through 3 weeks and you're complaining that we traded away some bum linebacker who never made it onto the field? Good riddance...I'd say we're doing okay without him. Who cares?
  11. Pre-coffee Posting Syndrome is a serious condition that afflicts 12,000 Huddlers a week. That's why I try to pause and employ some compassion and charitability every time I read a post on here that makes me go "Wtf??" (roughly every 27 seconds, on average).
  12. There’s only one person who can help CJ…
  13. For once, we're trading for a JAG and I'm excited about it.
  14. Meh…even if he was kinda complimentary of Sam in a roundabout way, he still constantly felt the need to qualify it with “I’m not saying he’s great” and “he’s no Andrew Luck” (seriously? We’re still making Andrew Luck comparisons?). Definitely came across as more anti-Baker than pro-Sam. And the “only bottom-10 pass blocking o-line with a winning record” would be a pretty damn compelling stat if it wasn’t Week 3.
  15. Laremy Tunsil is supposedly a dang good LT too. Reddick made him look straight up silly on a couple of those.
  16. 85.9 PFF rating for whoever cares I am pretty sure I also heard either last night or in Week 2 that he was the highest rated LB in coverage this season. That's a relief since it would always seem in previous seasons that we gave up way too many easy passes to the TE and RB.
  17. I remember one of the commentators last night calling him "one of the best LBs in the league" or maybe even "THE best LB in the league"...can't remember their wording but I remember being kinda caught off guard that he's got that kind of reputation.
  18. This isn't really Dr. Peon's field of medicine and I have a feeling he's not going to flex his med school rotation in orthopedics to present himself as a subject matter expert since he's a responsible medical professional, but I'll let him speak for himself.
  19. It's hard to truly gauge how he was doing because QBs just weren't throwing at him, so we rarely saw him on screen. Obviously that's usually a positive sign of your coverage if your receiver isn't being targeted very much, but it's still just a form of inductive reasoning, i.e. "Horn isn't being thrown at, therefore he must be playing at an elite level/blanketing his receiver". But receiver/CB matchups are hard to really evaluate at home on our couches because these often take place out of frame, unless the receiver is being targeted (which wasn't happening in Horn's case).
  20. I can only assume you have access to the full game film somehow if you're making these claims about Robby getting beat by average corners on nearly every play, considering the camera on gameday only keys in on the QB and then follows the pass to its intended receiver.
  21. Until I see evidence of him continuously getting blanketed in coverage or dropping catches (I know he had one uncharacteristic drop last night), I'm gonna assume he's just getting underutilized either by design or because Darnold isn't looking his way as much. Neither is an indictment of Robby.
  22. I don't recall seeing any "Wow" throws that you'll get from a Zach Wilson or a GOAT like Sam Darnold, but his poise and toughness was commendable. But he seemed to mostly just throw to open receivers last night. He did do a good job operating the 2-minute drill at the end of the first half...much better than I had seen Teddy do at any point last season.
