  1. I’d put him at D-line even at his current weight. He couldn’t be worse than our interior players and there would at least be an understandable reason as to why he didn’t make tackles.
  2. Don't see Cam not learning playbook as criticism, just a fact about any QB in a short time. Don't want to be a team or fans that has to find insults in every comment so we can play with a combination of butthurt and chip on the shoulder. Rather just find confidence in what we can do and roll with it.
  3. Christensen learning LT position
  4. Right, because he's not nearly as tough as the people on the huddle, who would play with that injury and not lose any of their highly skilled giftedness.
  5. You could split Brady C out wide and a CB would bull rush him to the QB.
  6. What's that bear doing?? Maybe they let him go
  7. Culture? 1) Inability to judge free agents and even less ability to recognize mistakes. 2) No hard questions answered until we get to see the tape. 3) An owner who focuses on new practice facilities while his home turf gets taken over by fans of visiting teams. 4) Lifelong fans who feel less of a commitment to winning than ever before in their history.
  8. He simply does not care. Get terrible, then he has a tantrum, fake apology, will resurrect the franchise if only he can get a new stadium. He's a Steelers fan, not a Panthers fan.
  9. If he can change his name to Bubba, I say we keep him and ditch the rest.
  10. Josh Love is like an answer to a trivia question but you could never guess the question.
  11. I say yes. We could even split Dillard out to WR on passing downs to lower our drop rate.
  12. I disagree - no way they can overcome the temptation to have a 3 way battle for long snapper.
  13. Don't you actually have to make contact with the guy you're supposed to be blocking to get the 1/4 second credit??
  14. You have to figure in that Rivera wouldn’t start rookies very often
  15. Our O-Line" Erving - Misses blocks , not as often as we thought, pretty good at looking innocent after he screws up (would excel in NBA saying "I never touched him") Daley - Looks like the kid who spins around 10 times with the bat at the end of his nose, then stumbles around looking for someone to block. Paradis - The rising star of the newly formed dwarf tossing league - to bad he's not the tosser. Stage name is rented mule. Miller- Savvy enough to get out of the picture once he has whiffed or been run over. He's the guy that never left base when playing tag. Moton - Boy scout - exceedingly polite and professional - Always there to help Darnold up after he gets knocked down.
  16. Was wondering how Jordan was doing. Guess this is my answer.
  17. Played golf with a furniture salesman from Indiana during Knight's tenure. He said they were making loads of money with a special "you buy the couch and we'll throw in a chair . . ."
  18. Little surprised no one has asked the obvious question: Can he play O-line??
  19. Would have been 3 for 3 but was quick enough to block his own kicks
  20. I think he may have actually received his first game ball - for the Jets
