All construction, in any phase, is considered essential. Its wack as hell but theres no distinction btw someone putting in a new swimming pool in time for the summer and repairing a roof so it doesnt rain in the bedroom.

That was a much different situation that what we are facing today. I believe they are going to put cash in the hands of average person in an effort to weather the shutdown. I also believe the govt will postpone mortgage and utility payments for a month or two. A mass default is not in the best interest of those in power. This is one of the few situations where it actually makes sense to “print money”.

Well if we take action maybe we won’t have those crazy numbers... if we dont we likely will. And I think that’s the point. For once the media frenzy is actually necessary. I mean, if we look back on this in 3-4 months and it a punchline... I’m ok with that.

That’s just being a responsible human. Wish more people would think that way.
