  1. If Baker keeps performing like this a few games down the line, it isn’t silly to consider moving to Darnold. Darnold with a decent line might be the 25th best QB instead of the 32nd. And I know he is “worse with time to throw” but I do think having no time in his career broke him. Baker (and I think McAdoo even more so) is unbearable to watch right now. McAdoo not knowing how to scheme the weapons we have is brutal to watch. Man this offense is sad.
  2. Motion is also used to cause extra steps for the defense. It adds to the probability of a miscommunication. Anything you can do to make a defender think is a plus. You want to create uncertainty and discomfort. If they have to process and think, it slows their reaction. Even at this level. And if you can create just one miscommunication, it could lead to a blown play, and 6 fuging points.
  3. There is just so much context being left out here that we’ll just have to agree to disagree and move on.
  4. If college stats = great tape, then Ty Detmer is a hall of famer. Again, does our “best QB” with our best players around him look competent right now? It’s just reactionary to think you can evaluate a rookie, 4th on the depth chart, in 3 quarters of preseason play his rookie year. And I agree that we take a QB round 1 next year, but that doesn’t say much about Corral, but more about a new staff wanting to evaluate and develop their own rookie. Wouldn’t you want to pick your own QB you evaluated yourself?
  5. To those writing off Corral as a bust already, keep in mind that our starting QB can’t do anything surrounded by our starting offense. Let’s pump the brakes a bit. He has a tremendous amount of SEC level tape that you can view whenever you like, and let me know if you see “Grier” level talent or not.
  6. I’ve seen enough flashes from Ickey already to know LT is locked down and it feels great. There were times when he would get his hands on Garrett and it was OVER. His punch is elite.
  7. It’s funny how that same logic didn’t apply to Cam last year. It’s bullsh!t.
  8. This player is certainly triggering to some, but if we are this shitty passing the ball, we would be better off with Cam back there. If you accept the premise that his arm is done, he still would improve our 3rd down and redzone effectiveness, and his running threat would probably open up receivers more. Alright…well now I’m going to go cry and abuse substances. Have a great day.
  9. No you! I know what I know, so how dare you tell me I don’t know what I know I know, which is more than you know; as you are one who knows not how little they know.
  10. I just wanted to say that I, too, think I know way more than I actually do. Also, your opinion sucks.
  11. A dominant DT is one of my favorite players to watch. They play where the most physical resistance is, so watching one blow up the interior line is magical when you see a great one. Kris Jenkins at his peak was one of the most dominant players I’ve ever seen, and Brown has shown some of that the past two weeks. Keep it up big guy. (Shout out to my man McCall. So fun to watch too)
  12. Get that poo out of here. This is about dabbing on complete strangers to get our swag back.
  13. So I’m drinking bourbon on an empty stomach. I’m reminded of a talking point amongst friends over the years. Our team: it’s got damn soul evaporated once the dab was retired. Cam said no more. I said why tho? Let’s bring the swag back. Cam (rip) we love you man. We thank you. But you fricked up bro. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m dabbing on an old lady tomorrow before kickoff. Let’s fuging go. Panthers 24 Saints 1
  14. I disagree, but I may put more weight on the physical gifts and athleticism of players than you do. I also see players being misused all over the roster (wrong position entirely, players forced to fit scheme instead of scheme to fit players, etc.) I get that my position is hard to defend, and there is projection involved, so I fully understand disagreeing with me.
  15. Some people are convinced we lack talent. This team has talent. But can the coaches get out of their own way? Yet to be seen.
  16. I watch every game. Even when we suck, I find it interesting focusing on young players to see individual performances and development.
  17. If we went 12-5 last year, what Rhule said in this presser wouldn’t be bad. You might even agree. But we suck and have sucked. So everything he says sucks. Just win dude. Talk less, win more.
  18. We actually nailed that already, and decided to put him as far away from the ball as possible at free safety.
  19. If only Rhule could pick QB’s like he can kickers. Happy humpday you savages.
