  1. I agree, but you will get a few pages basically saying this: ”Nope.”
  2. What I mean by that, is disregarding anything good, (in this case) to the point where we pretend a perfect qb rating in the 4th quarter is irrelevant, and people literally not giving Baker credit for a 70 yard TD to Anderson, when we haven’t seen a throw that accurate since Ginn was on the team. It’s a game if W’s vs L’s, I get it that, but people pretend good things literally didn’t happen, or they create a narrative that feeds their pity pout session, and it’s silly.
  3. Yes. It is bizarre how painfully and blindly pessimistic this board is after a loss.
  4. I’m told he can’t get credit for that. You are probably a fool like me, giving him credit for that deep TD to Anderson too. Anything we did that was good was actually the Browns fault. Every good thing the Browns did was also the Browns fault.
  5. I hope we hold Barkley under 40 yards. Not just for the dub, but for the confusion it would bring to this board.
  6. I don’t even disagree, just find it funny that either way…fug Matt Rhule. Dude can’t win right now. On the field and off
  7. “We have other players, CMC is being run into the ground being used too much. fug Matt Rhule!” “CMC only had 14 touches, you have to use your best player as a workhorse! fug Matt Rhule!”
  8. Maybe we should calm down after 1 game: a game two poo calls away from a W, as ugly as it may have been. Chubb is a top 3 back in football with possibly the best backup running back you could hope for behind him. As pointed out by many, this is a “passing league fug Rhule y he want to run ball”. There won’t be many power running teams like this in our future.
  9. Baker showed more in todays loss than Sam did the first three games last year. He kept it together. Showed grit. And had the best deep throw we’ve seen in SEASONS. CMC is always the best player on the field too. Just incredible.
  10. The refs did screw us, but after we’d been fingerbanging ourselves all game.
  11. I know it’s been said but it can’t be said enough. When you play favorites at center, and start Elfman over the guy you signed because Eelman isn’t cutting it… And 5 botched snaps happen… Oof.
  12. At least Baker down the stretch was good to see. And Andersons TD was the best deep ball since when? Healthy, prime Cam?
  13. I know he’s a rookie, but if there was a game this year where 380 pounds of man would have been useful, it seems today was that day. I know it was more than a DT problem, but couldn’t have hurt.
  14. Checks stats: 217 rushing yards… Call up David Get…Marquan McCall! …I know…I’m already leaving… Don’t let today piss you off too much. Hope you all have a nice week.
  15. Posting on a fan board repeatedly that you don’t care does not equal not caring brother. It’s okay. I’m hurt too. That poo was rough.
  16. Long season. Power running team is our worst matchup, and it took Baker and the offense too long to get going. It’s okay if someone disagrees with you btw. You are just as entitled to your opinion as I am to mine. Life’s too short for you to give a poo what I think.
  17. I’d be fine with Young staying at Bama because his prospects at the NFL level are overrated.
  18. Delivered yesterday is clutch as fug.
  19. Home made fries (cut like bojangles). Boil them until they are cooked through but not mushy, allow them to dry and cool. Fry they in 400° peanut oil until brown. Hit ‘em with that fine sea salt and pepper. Smash burgers on cast iron, flip once, never squeeze outside of the initial smash (keeps the juices in). Toppings of your choosing (I think I’m doing American cheese, caramelized onions, spicy chili pepper mayo today) Broiled brioche buns (inside crunch, outside warm and soft. Final course is the Panthers getting dat ass with a double digit victory to shut everyone the fug up.
  20. I think it’s better than we think, and it’s been held back by QB, O-line, and playcalling offensively. We know those things have been addressed, but we will soon see if they have been fixed.
  21. I’m not worried at all about this game, which is why I’m worried about this game.
  22. I’ve seen evidence with this coaching staff (for me offensive line most apparently) but also every staff we have had, of players being used out of position and/or in a way that makes it hard for them to succeed. It’s easy to see this because Rhule and co had 10 wins in two years. Because of this, I apply that reasoning to these players we pick up from shitty teams, but were valuable players on draft day. It’s possible another staff simply didn’t develop or use them well. (Maybe the jags guys) It’s also possible they weren’t as good as they draft stock. (Obviously Sam) Thats all I’m saying. I get and respect your opinion too though.
  23. Do you think it’s possible for Rhule and his staff to put players on this roster in positions that make it harder for them to succeed?
