It better be those four plus a legit #2 rookie from the draft or F.A. No one is a capable #2 wide out behind K.B.

Panthers Final Decision On Hardy : No Thanks
Jmac replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Some of you elevate this guy to a god like status. I guess you bought in to the whole "Kraken" persona....hook, line, and sinker. It takes ten other guys around him to make a stout defense. He is a good DE, but not the best in the league. Get a good tackle or two and he can be stymied. The 49er's proved that in the playoff game for one example. We will be fine. -
Ted Ginn leaning towards going home to Cleveland
Jmac replied to nctarheel0619's topic in Carolina Panthers
So Ginn is an older Stephen hill. Both are fast, both have issues catching the ball and running crisp routes. Some wanted Hill, and you have him. Ginn obviously better suited as a return guy. The new kick return rules have stymied much of that. Don't recall him returning punts. -
Fan Poll - Did Deanglo's handling of his release tarnish his image?
Jmac replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Since it is all over twitter, Espn etc., looks like he accomplished his goal. To crap all over the organization that provided a job and salary that most can only dream of. Good job Dlo. Sorry about your mom. Also sorry that you couldn't take the high road. -
D Will says Panthers didn't reach out to him when his mother died
Jmac replied to QCkilla's topic in Carolina Panthers
More to this then what appears on the surface. Two sides to every story and there is a reason why D.G and R.R didn't go. Who knows what has been going on between the club and Williams and what was going on in the locker room. Regardless, don't burn bridges -
D Will says Panthers didn't reach out to him when his mother died
Jmac replied to QCkilla's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would think there was sympathy, kind words, and flowers sent to the funeral from the club. Don't know what else he was expecting. How about thanking the organization for nine years of a great paycheck and giving him everything he has. Thanks for a nice run Dwill.....but you should leave on a positive note. -
Let's go down this road one more time. Even if Hardy did nothing wrong and played this year, he wasn't going to be here in 2015. He wouldn't take their offer and was tagged for one final season. They can't pay him and still have a viable team with the money he wants. This story was over seven months ago.

Report: Panthers Not Expected To Bring Back Hardy
Jmac replied to Mr Mojo Risin's topic in Carolina Panthers
They where not going to resign him after this year. They couldn't get him to sign for what they could afford and tagged him. He was to be a one year rental while they made plans to move on (a.k.a Kony Ealy). Why some refuse to understand this concept is baffling. Regardless of his bonehead antics, they can't drop the kind of money he wants. Uness you would rather play scrubs at key positions of need. Ask the Lions....Suh probably walking also. -
Random Tinder Slore: "I Just fu-ked (Julian) Edelman, No Lie"
Jmac replied to nctarheel0619's topic in Carolina Panthers
Don't know about all this. Just last week some airhead tweeted basically the same crap while nuzzling up to the Giants O.B at some club. Could be all bullsh%t or not...who knows and who cares. -
4 Things Greg Hardy Must Do to Remain a Panther
Jmac replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think many of those blowouts where due to the coaching staff insisting on playing guys that sucked while the younger guys where either hurt or sitting on the bench. As soon as they inserted new blood into the secondary and oline, the improvement was obvious. -
4 Things Greg Hardy Must Do to Remain a Panther
Jmac replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Exactly. They cannot afford to dump big money into Hardy. And if anyone thinks he will play for chump change, you are dreaming. Don't buy that bullcrap. The man said last season he would give a "hometown disount"...how did that go? -
4 Things Greg Hardy Must Do to Remain a Panther
Jmac replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
I believe Ealy will be a very good player in the near future and wouldn't be at all suprised to see D.G grab another DE in the draft. In fact, the man said that we can't have enough pass rushers. He wasn't talking about Hardy -
Per Adam Shefter. One thousand yards two years ago with the Steelers. Is he worth a look if the price is right?

I am a big football fan. I'm not a fan of the 'entertainment tonight' style two week long sideshow that has developed around the event.
-
Not a sourpuss..just my feelings about it.

It is actually to the point where I could care less about the damn thing anymore. They really need to scale the whole thing back and keep it in perspective. I know the NFL is all about the dollar, but there comes a point of over saturation. Even die hard fans of the two teams must be sick and tired of all the hoopla. When the Panthers get in, I will not be watching any of this bullshat that they fill these two weeks with. Just do one week to get your revenue and play the damn game.

A good to great defense rarely lay eggs.now the offense on the other hand is much more likely to be flat...just the nature of the game.

This is what any quality CEO who runs any big organization would do. You get all your ducks in a row before the final decision has to be made.Put feelers out,see who is interested and who you feel is qualified for the job. Then if and when the time comes, all the leg work is done and a choice is made with plenty of time considering the choices.Just good business planning.

If we lose this one....the chances of us winning 12 straight are zero...in fact if we win this game...chances of us winning 12 straight are almost zero.I'll take one win at a time thank you.

This is always like Peyton Place with this team.Just go the hell out there and win the damn game. Doesnt matter about Beason or RR on the hot seat in the big picture. They are big boys and should have the mental and emotional fortitude to kick ass when the bell rings.Leave all the excuses in the locker room guys, cause if not then most of you will be down the road with RR next year. So do your damn jobs.

Don't look now, Panthers are second in their division
Jmac replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
This should be motivation enough to light a fire under their asses. They need to post this on every locker.lets see what this team is actually made of. -
How about some positive Karma for our team to help them shake off the negative funk.

We have half a team on both sides of the ball.I won't explain cause all panther fans know exactly what I mean. I an hoping that we somehow pull off a win Sunday, but with the our talent and injuries I am trying to fiqure out how we can accomplish this.

Bill on V...you are correct sir..we both suck

this game will tell us if the 2013 version have the balls to bounce back and do what needs to be done.
