    Seems to me, the F.O and the agent must have discussed that a contract is in the works that will make both sides happy. Don't think he is on the trading block and they will fiqure it out very soon.

    So if Burns doesn't play.....how do they shuffle the D to compensate?

    I will always be a fan regardless of the shat storm that may be happening at any given time. My life doesn't revolve around any sport, but I am a twenty plus year fan. I can see casual fans not being into them, but anyone who has been involved with this team are still excited.

    Since Bosa set the rate for a top notch pass rusher at 34 million a year. Burns is not at that level yet and may never be. If Burns demands 30 million a year, should they give to him or not? If his agent won't move off that amount, what should they do? Force his hand and try to tag him? What do u think?

    This isn't about the "the one who shall not be named", but a general question. How do you feel about the whole 'holding out while under contract' scenerio. Shouldn't the player honor the contract signed? Or try and renegotiate without the threat of a hold out? Opinions please

    Hasn't it been the policy if no practice on Wednesday before the game, then you don't play.....could be wrong.

    F.R. says he doesn't know if Burns will sit out the opening game or not. If he doesn't know, that sounds like it may be a strong possibility until contract is signed. This may drag on into the season. Zero pass rush is a hurdle no team can win with.

    Coach says he doesn't know if Burns will sit out the Atlanta game. What kind of sh*t is this? Burns has said he won't miss time, F.R. doesn't know if he actually will show.
