  1. Now if they can pull a trade out their arz for a decent Oline man.......
  2. Has to be one or two guys walking the streets in this country that are better then the shitshow they trot out there on game day.
  3. They can now focus on the next game without the added pressure that being undefeated brings. Better early in the season then later. Young team with potential that needs to stay on track to succeed. Need to try and fix the obvious problems and move foward. Don't know how much can actually be done this season to fix the Oline. A winning season would be nice, being competitive against the best is more realistic. They still have a ways to go before being a perennial playoff team.
  4. Well the guys they have playing now are Definitely not ready....nor will they ever be. Take the rookie with the most potential and play him, the other rook Asap. They can't proceed with 'the less then JAG's' they have on the field now.
  5. Not going anywhere with this bunch
  6. KC was able to work around their inferior Oline and win the SB. No way to hide this abomination that we have. Nothing they can do to make this bunch play NFL type football. As long as they trot out this bunch, they are not going very far. I hope that this is the last season we have to watch this sh%tstorm of an Oline.
  7. Must be very stressfull to be a successful kicker with that kind of pressure. The whole game or season may come down to one kick. Forget the word...how about stomach in knots.
  8. Get out on the high school field and kick. Practice till his foot hurts and practice some more. Maybe one day he can get over the twisties in front of crowds and when the pressure is on. Needs to built confidence in every kick.
  9. Quiet is good. Doesn't need to be wearing outrageous outfits or talking a bunch of sh%t and making a spectacle. Let him be who he is and bring his personality out on the field. The social media circus doesn"t fit some people and thats a good thing. Just leave him be and let him play.
  10. To be expected. Untill they start whipping better teams, then this is what you will hear. Hopefully the team will show up Sunday and play at a high level. I still think they need another season to be truly ready to kick some ass and take names on a regular basis. They have improved a great deal this season.
  11. We will see. In the past, they would go into a big game on a roll and get beat....throwing the doubt back into the fore front again. A good showing at least will go a long way in confidence building for the young team. They need to (at the very least), play a good game even if they lose.
  12. Wonder if he is a Ricky Williams sort of odd ball guy (minus the weed). Williams acted strange back in the day and people questioned his desire to play. All the talent in the world and he did play and have some good seasons. Always that weird guy stigma followed him from team to team. Now he is on some tropical island smoking to his hearts content. Living his best life I guess.
  13. The elephant in the room. How can they compete against the top tier defenses and survive with this line? Can they scheme to compensate for this inadequate group? Any ideas on how they can do this with smoke and mirrors? I'm afraid that this Achilles heel will rear it's ugly head if they do get in the playoffs.... What u got?
  14. We will be in good shape with cap money wise....may have to shake a few trees and make something happen.
  15. Admit I was wrong about Gettleman. Hasn't won anything here or now in NY. I thought he was a top notch hire, but in hindsight he held us back. I won't even mention Hurney, he was unqualified and a bone head from day one. Our GM these days is young and seems to know his sh%t. Great hire it seems and he may finally be the answer for this franchise. We didn't know much about him at the time, turning out to be the best of the bunch by far.
  16. They can not run block for sh%t. Pass block is nothing to write home about, but better then their attempt to open any holes and are getting run over by the dline constantly. Forget going up the middle because that's impossible with this bunch. Weakest link for years.
  17. How about fifty touches a game....or maybe sixty?....no problem? He is not Superman.
  18. Just can't allow the thirty touches a game for CMC anymore. No matter how tough he is, he will be worn down to a nub by the time the stretch run comes and possibly seriously hurt. The Oline cannot run block for sh%t. They kept a boat load of TE's. So why not go with two TE sets MORE with either Hubbard/Reese to give some run blocking help. You can also use set to decoy run and sent them out to the flat or downfield to loosen up the defense. They need to change with the situation and this is time to do something that will still give us a running threat and a passing threat when CMC isn't in the game.
  19. When he returns they have to do things different. He can't be getting thirty touches a game and stay healthy.
  20. If we have to depend on one guy to make this team relevant, then WTF do we have?
