Oline still sux
-
This game is just as much a test for Bryce, as it is for the HC
-
Oline gets no push
-
Zak Wilson has 42 yards passing after 3 qtrs.....man does he suck
-
J.Vilma is such a homer....doesn't try to hide it at all
-
It's the masochist in me. I watch no matter how much they suck. If they lose, oh well....life goes on.
-
Turning into the Cleveland Browns of the NFC south.....very sad.
-
You mean like the outstanding Eagles Oline did for him?.... if he is waiting for that, then good luck.
-
Never thought I would ask this question, but with our sorry running game...maybe it's time. Sanders was a product of an eagles team with a great Oline and good overall offense. What rose colored glasses Fitts was wearing when he signed him, I don't know. They may be looking at the $$$ spent to sign Sanders. It wouldn't be the first time they pissed $$$ away. I am not crazy about Chuba, but he gets the job done at five yards (+/-) a carry, can't catch a cold unfortunately. Sanders hasn't done much either rushing or catching out the backfield so far. Is it the play calling or sh*tty line play, who knows. Regardless, Chuba needs more carries and use Sanders out the backfield In certain situations. Bryce needs a running game.....period.

Can Bryce Young lead Panthers to a deep playoff run?
Jmac replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Sure....if they can actually pick decent players out of the picks they do have. Track record hasn't been great. -
Can K G-H hold down the fort? Should they examine moving Chin to a LB spot fulltime ( I know with the new scheme, there really isn't a traditional MLB anymore) Or just call it a wash since they aren't going anywhere this season anyway. See what they can do during FA next year or the draft? Shaq is near the end of the road, time to start thinking ahead and the future at MLB.

This team and the HC need to take a step back and figure out the whole sh*tstorm they have created. It won't hurt Bryce to cool out for a game or two and get his head together.
-
I'll take Jacksonville....
-
He is smaller then Brees. Brees was small compared to a prototype NFL QB. Players like Brees don't come along often. He is not going to be another Brees.
-
Don't be suprised if he does. A vet who has been around the block a few times and still has a good arm.
-
They will still suck no matter where they run off to.
-
What to they do to get a 1st rnd pick in 2024. What sort of package would you put together to make that happen? Opinions please.....
-
It's their way of sitting Bryce for a few games and let him clear his head a bit.
-
WTF.... they need to use the most explosive players they have to get this offense going. Having Major doubts in Reich. And what's this "we" crap. He is the HC/play caller. Do what needs to be done.
-
I've learned years ago not to get to excited about most of the moves this team makes. He was a little fireball before the injuries, now who knows. He is on the practice squad at this time. Need any updates you guys may have. Obviously he passed the physical. Would they use him only on returns or as an active part of the Offense. Bryce could sure use him as an outlet option, but who knows if Reich can fiqure out how to use him. How can they use him and do you expect anything out of him after all the injuries.

Give me a reason to be excited about the future of this team

"I've been down so God damned long, that it looks like up to me" aka: Carolina Panther theme song. -
If young comes out and shats the bed again, can they sit him and put Dalton In without screwing his head up? Obviously, he is not ready for prime time yet. Not his fault. No weapons, play calling is atrocious, and the Oline and running game is highly suspect. How long do they start him before they ruin him and kill any confidence he had? Let him sit and get his head back on straight. Should have done this from the get go.

Sanders looks like he is running through mud and Chuba can't catch out of the backfield. The "offensive line" is supposed to be better run blockers then pass blockers, haven't seen it. As it stands now, they are a subpar group. Cant sustain a running game by constantly going up the middle for two yards. Just the reality of the situation.
