They don't have the proper players to run the scheme they want to run. Very disheartening since these guys where supposed to be "offensive gurus", and they didn't see the writing on the wall. They chose Bryce with a specific scheme in mind. Didn't do the needed diligence to determine if they could pull it off with the talent they had available. Obviously they don't have the players to fit the scheme, and you can see the result of this mistake. The horse is out of the barn and the end result is a disaster of a season.

Shell shocked. Is Bryce heading down that road? Maybe they should consider sitting him at least against Dallas. He will get decimated. Dalton will be the sacrificial lamb ( sorry Andy). Opinions?

Wilks wasn't the answer in the long run, but at least he could motivate the team and get something out of them. Reich looks like his on a heavy dose of codeine and doesn't give a sh&t.

How many people in the Carolinas actually give a fug about the Panthers, or the Teppers at all? Most people may skim through the news and may know that we are terrible through a article headline they read passing by. I'd say most don't give a sh$t and couldn't name a player on the team. Mostly male sports fans "may" know something. Tepper can actually hide in plain sight. Many could walk by him and have no clue.

Sign a FA back that is a bruiser and go back to the running scheme they had last season. I Agree with Mr. Scott. These guys are confused and running in circles. Keep it simple. Wilks was successful with this system. Do what works.

The embarrassment for this organization is at all time low. I can't recall the announcers having a guest in the booth for an entire quarter, and focusing totally on the guest instead of the game. Maybe a series or two, but never an entire quarter. If they could have I believe they would have kept Kelsey the whole half. I don't know how Tepper can show his face around town. Being totally humiliated on national TV with the absolute worst team in the league, and then having the broadcast team kick him to the curb. The coments about the sh$t moves that have been made by this team by Al Michael's all game, just rubbed salt in the wounds. Good job
