Face facts. Tepper isn't going to let anyone run the show besides him. He won't hire a GM or a HC that doesn't genuflect to him. It doesn't matter who he hires because he will still be pulling the strings.

Because we suck from top to bottom. Only players that give a fug are Brown, Luvu, and Hubbard. The rest just getting a check (eg: Burns dragging his ass across the field and saying so.) Don't know much about him except that he is young and has been an offensive coach for Dallas and the Chargers. Is he on the radar for our HC job. Seen his name come up on several articles I have read. Could be all bullshitt and just click bait for articles. Heard anything about him as a top candidate??

It will be a long road to travel, but he has a chance to be redeemed by doing things right this time. No more analytics bullshitt and start doing things that are proven to work. Hire football guys to do football things and throw the spread sheets away. Things can change quickly in the NFL if you got the right people to facilitate it. Hopefully he has learned something from the disaster of the last few years. If he hires people that know their shitt and gets out their way, maybe they can turn this thing around. This is his chance to set things right and restore the team to the one we had.
