    It is too risky to sign Hardy to a long-term contract for the money he is going to command. I'd rather use 9-10 mil a year to sign a player that is dependable on and off the field.

    That happens, man. Just something that comes with lifting weight. Just give it rest for several weeks and you will be fine. I'd recommend strengthening your core to help reduce the chances in the future.

    Nice job, man. I don't want to tell you how to diet then, bc you obviously have done it before and know your body better. I'm just just wary of people say they're eating really low calories because usually they kill their metabolism and then they don't understand why they aren't losing weight.     Haha well I'm glad you have a diverse outlook! I personally don't enjoy baseball but don't have an issue with it. Just can't stand the "soccer is boring" argument that is thrown out so often.
