Imagine if Tank and Diggs were still on the field. BTW, where the heck is Diontae?
-
We had an OC then?! I thought they just let Huddlers call the plays via Hotmail. Hence all the delay of games.
-
He and Slowik have definitely made an adjustment in the middle of the 2nd quarter. Quick strikes instead of long developing routes. Waiting to see if the Chargers will come up and press since their pass rushers are beating the protection.
-
Yeah Texans are glued to the Chargers receivers. Chargers DBs are playing some soft Evero coverage.
-
I hear you. But....
-
Please slide next time! That could have ended bad
-
I think they're pretty close talent wise. Texans have the advantage in the secondary in this game at least. They're making plays for sure.
-
There he is. Good protection. Good route. Good throw. Defenders falls. TD!

Anyone left who does not believe in Bryce ?

Bryce hasn't hit his ceiling. Not even close. Mostly because his targets are not that good. That'll get better over time. Either naturally through their development or replacement. -
There it is. The Texans are better than the Chargers. They just are.
-
That looked like a fumble to me
-
Bro, this is nothing compared to SERE training. Like everyone would make it through. 100%.
-
Texans wide receivers aren't breaking big plays like last season either. There you go CJ!
-
Or free agency. You can bring in 2 big time guards if you're willing to spend. Might cost $150M though.
-
Inside pressure is a b!
-
Yeah. They may have figured him out, but CJ has some legit head scratcher decisions so far. Some with pressure and some without.
-
Yeah but some of these throws (the decision to make the throw) are real head scratchers. Like, what were you thinking there?
-
I wouldn't say it was easy, but it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be before the season. Remember carolina traded up from #9. Houston earned the #2. Having such a tough rookie season may benefit our young QB in the end. A lot of vet/retired greats have said it.
-
CJ is struggling to find the open man when he's pressured. He's better than this.
-
Herbert is trying to keep Houston in the game. But, something is wrong with CJ. This ain't his game.

@TheSpecialJuan gonna love this one

S Fowler take on Young and echoes of Newton
Navy_football replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Man. Injured Cam's arm was almost as strong as Bryce's now. That's just the truth. He probably couldn't get as much distance, but he could still zip the short to medium passes just as well as Bryce. Actually better. He just never mastered the mechanics, anticipation and accuracy part. Kind of like Delhomme (to a much lesser degree), when the arm went, he couldn't rely on the other intangibles. -
Right. Draft pass rushers and a safety and bring in vets. I'm thinking aging vets that could mentor young guys for a year or two. Not sure Panthers can afford to make huge splashes in FA yet. Pass rush needs two guys like you said and one ball hawk at Safety. I think Richardson would do well as an in the box type.
