  1. That's true - in theory. And every man should approach every woman that way. I completely agree with you. But in reality, there are scenarios for every man.
  2. You sir are correct. There's no way he fights for himself. If he loses, then Jaime will remain on the king's watch and never have an (official) heir to carry on the family name. Tywin ain't gonna let either scenario happen. Haha... the imp is the smartest mofo in the kingdom.
  3. I don't know. I think under the right circumstances, any of us could do it once. I think the differences are if you could do it repeatedly and how you feel about it afterwards. I actually slapped a young lady's glasses off her face on the school bus in the 7th grade. She provoked the hell out of me and it wasn't until she actually mushed me in the face that I responded, literally without thinking. It ate at me for weeks and I eventually apologized to her. I remember the incident like it was yesterday, even what she was wearing. And I'm a long way from the 7th grade now. I've never put my hands on another female in my life. But, in that one instance, I wasn't in the mood and she pushed all the wrong buttons.
  4. What?! Have you read the books? I love that dastardly imp! I know he'd sacrifice his brother just to spite his father and sister.
  5. Well played sir! So, off subject... does this mean Tyrion is planning to ask Jaime (the one handed king killer) to champion him?!!!!
  6. Could be mixing up players, but had in my mind for some reason. Then again, the older I get, the more I mix crap up in my mind.
  7. CJ is a team guy, but he is not one to renegotiate his contract. I think I remember him being asked before by Hurney, and he wouldn't. So, there's no way he'd take an actual pay cut, particularly with current events on his side. I didn't want to use leverage anymore - felt like Forest Whitaker's character on "Battlefield Earth"
  8. Not trying to run him out, I just want him to reduce his ridiculous cap hit. Unfortunately, I think CJ may have all the leverage now.
  9. I'm with you. And can't understand why everyone automatically assumed GMan had leverage on Hardy negotiations with that pick. If anything, G has leverage on the older CJ, with the higher salary. CJ will need to reduce his salary or find a new team. Hardy is still developing. CJ has reached his peak.
  10. Yeah, but those mathematic equations don't take into consideration a 6'5" 240lb QB that is one of the best runners in the league - period. A QB that went undefeated in the SEC primarily off his running, and with few if any of his team mates starting in the NFL right now. Cam is a special talent. You can't lump him in with statistics for every other QB. The stat he should be using is how successful is Cam Newton on 3rd/4th down short yardage runs?
  11. I love it. RR needs to step up his game or be replaced. There is enough talent on this team to be undefeated right now. However, they're sitting 1-2. If you can't win the close games, you can't be successful in this league. And Chud's recent success in Cleveland disproves one of Ron's excuses for last year. I'll go ahead and say it... this team would probably have made it to the playoffs if Chud was the HC the last 2 seasons.
  12. Can not agree more with the comparison. Dan Morgan was an absolute STUD!!! when healthy. Not sure if Keek is already better than him yet. Honestly I have thought the same thing many times, but too afraid to say it outloud - even to myself.
  13. Don't do that! Please, for the love of all that's good in the world, don't do that.
  14. Amini is a powerful SOB. His problems last year were not physical, they were mental. When he knew his assignment, he was a beast and often manhandled vet defenders. If Star is consistently putting Amini on the ground... watch the F*** out!
