I agree with the "no ketchup on steak" take, but hot dogs? Come on bruh. Ketchup and mustard are hot dog staples.

Has Young shown flashes of being a #1 pick?

I can't lie. That mofo's arm is LIVELY!!! -
I'm not in the habit of defending BY anymore. Not until he at least attempts more deep passes, but that underthrown ball may have been the result of a bad route. The announcers thought it should have been a double move but he just ran a fly. That would throw off the timing. I mean, Bryce can at least throw the ball 50 yards. Heck his early issue was overthrowing the deep ball.

The offense with Bryce is getting worse every week

It has been well known in the NFL that Brady's kryptonite is/was pressure from the interior. Nothing to do with height. Everything to do with a QB not being able to step up in the pocket or step into his throw. -

Well there is one player that can't make chicken salad out of chicken ish. Unfortunately, we can't seem to get him the ball on a consistent basis - Laviska. He looked like the best RB when he lined up back there. He was obviously the most productive at smoke screens, but you know, gotta get back to dives with Sanders and smokes with Theilen. -
Tepper should fire himself for this blunder

And they'll get SOMETHING for Fields. At lease a 3rd or so. At least. They could change the course of their franchise this draft. -

The offense isn't getting worse. Red zone offense is horrible but overall the offense is getting better at moving the ball. It'll take time with Bryce. In my opinion, Shenault is the only real playmaker on the offense that can make something out of nothing. Sanders and Chubba can't make plays when the blocking breaks down. TMJ, Thielen, Mingo can't take the ball away from defenders, or win at the point of attack. If they're not open, they won't make the catch. And Ian Thomas should never go out for another pass - hit in the face by a pass in the endzone. And looking for a flag? Bryce has to adjust his definition of open on deep passes. Sometimes you just give your guys a chance. Heck there's a big likelihood that you'll get a PI on those deep balls as DBs tend to panic when the ball is in the air more than a few seconds. These smoke screens to Thielen are killing me though. He ain't going anywhere after the catch. Deebo gets the lion's share of those plays in SF and teams haven't figured out how to stop it without opening up opportunities in other areas. If we're being honest, Shenault may be the best RB on the team. He has better vision and finishes runs better than Chubba and Sanders. And we know he's a homerun threat with the ball in his hands. He should be the guy getting 10-15 touches a game. Not Thielen and Sanders. -
I don't think I could agree more with a post than I do this one. Tepper is a new owner making decisions in a world he's not as familiar with. His willingness to learn from others, accept his mistakes and move on, and most importantly spend money is a glaring indictment of his desire to win. He'll bring success to the Carolina Panthers, but it'll take time as he learns what it takes to be successful in today's NFL. Snyder did not care about winning in DC. Snyder didn't even care about the upkeep of facilities in DC. All Snyder cared about was making money and he drove that franchise into the ground. He and Tepper are not the same.

Oh it's obvious on tv as well. There were plays Cam was just throwing the ball to Ginn or Benjamin no matter what. Heck, Delhomme made a great life for himself just chucking that thing to Smitty and Moose into double coverage. Not saying Bryce can do that, because he doesn't have that level of talent around him. But, he's gotta pick his spots where he just says I'm taking a shot here. F the playcall or the read. We need to back these mofos up and make them respect us. -
If Reich doesn't give up the playcalling and just be a MFing HC!? Let people do the job you hired them to do! If Thomas fails, you replace him. Period! He's gotta stop holding these grown mens' hands and trying to protect them from the NFL! They're paid very well to do what they do, and if they ain't up for the challenge, then get them out. If Bryce can't push the ball downfield, then get him out of here. This ain't a league for the weak! But honestly, I think he's the one preventing everyone else from being their best. Just get out of the way!

Don't care if he's crying after a game. He's a young man and this is his passion. His father has probably helped him work past the "men don't cry, but die quietly on the inside" persona.

Honestly... He's thinking too much instead of just playing football. The talent is there. He has to get out of his own way and just let it rip. -

Is anything remotely open downfield? I usually focus on the line when the play snaps so I haven't noticed. Bryce has to take a shot. This ish is ridiculous now. -

2 point conversion. Just knock it down. Why try to intercept that ball in the endzone on a 2-point conversion? -

Dude was drafted the same year as Cam and has started more years than he hasn't. He's a seasoned vet. Yes he's better than a rookie. And he's playing with NO PRESSURE, NO EXPECTATIONS, JUST FREE TO AIR IT OUT. That makes a big difference. -
