  1. Did he get stepped on? I didn't see anything that looked this bad. Prayers up for Zavala. Damn this season...
  2. Let her rip at this point. Nothing to lose. Everything to gain.
  3. At some point ya have to let it rip. This team plays like they have something to lose. When they have nothing to lose and everything to gain! BTW, I hope Zavala isn't seriously injured.
  4. Bryce shouldn't have thrown that. But damn what a horrible play call. To Ian Thomas?
  5. And Bienemy does a much better job of scheming guys open than Reich. Unfortunately they gave up so many points so early (thanks DJ), that he could only dial up pass plays in the second half. Thankfully I just picked up Howell in FA in my fantasy and played him this week. If not for that 1 pick, he would have gotten my a 40 burger. But I'll take the 38.
  6. Yo this shtick is getting old. Gotta chill at some point.
  7. Dj is going off on these cats. Ron gonna have to double him tonight.
  8. Sorry I meant breaking down on the field. Like blowing assignments and getting manhandled by defenders, and allowing constant pressure. That wasn't clear.
  9. His oline isn't breaking down like it is here in Carolina. Doesn't matter if it's starters or not. Maybe it's the scheme. Maybe it's the coaching. Maybe it's the players. But it's bad. League worst level bad.
  10. I think Marshall could be really good if in the right system.
  11. Oh thanks for reminding me about TEs. Logan Thomas is better than any TE on this roster. He'd be the #1 or #2 receiving threat on this team - second maybe to a 33 year old AT. And Curtis Samuel is a playmaker. He even showed that here in Carolina. He's just not a wide out. More of a Laviska with slightly better route running. They have more speed and explosive play makers in Washington. It's ok to admit. But I do agree that Samuel and Logan could go down any time. But they haven't... yet.
  12. Huh? Howell has Terry McLaurin, Jahan Dotson and Curtis Samuel as a slot (where he belongs). I'd trade every skill player we have for Terry Mclaurin.
  13. Somebody remind me... Wasn't Rivera "nudged" in to taking over playcalling from Eric Washington at one point? Was that Tepper or am I just making that up in my head?
  14. Well... that's not what happened last season. I would have sworn this team wasn't gonna win a game before Rhule was let go. Not saying they should fire Reich, but he may need some nudging in relinquishing playcalling duties.
  15. If this is true, it's 100% about Reich giving playcalling duties to Thomas. No other CHANGE can happen that will make a significant impact right away. Wins and losses be damned. If they keep putting Bryce in these CRAPPY situations, they are gonna ruin him. Brees wasn't Brees until Payton got a hold of him. Heck, Trevor wasn't Trevor until Pederson. Tua needed McDaniel. And I really don't think Purdy would be who he is without baby Shanny boy genius. Just saying. Guys around here act like playcalling and weapons don't matter. A QB's situation going in to the NFL is a HUGE factor to the level of success they'll have. Reich and his playcalling is not a good situation for BY, or Laviska, or Mingo, or Sanders, or Chuba, or...
  16. If anyone watched that video and came away thinking BY and Stroud's stiuation is even remotely equal... You have an ulterior motive. Much better protection. Much better separation. Much better plays with receivers spread out. This is not what BY is looking at on game days. Stroud is making the plays. But I'm not sure BY doesn't make these plays too.
