  1. No worries! Here's a little back at ya! Keep it light bro.
  2. Some people just want to see the world burn
  3. You guys need to chill with the Bryce Young sucks narrative. It's exhausting how negative you are. I'm trying to be excited about free agency and you're constantly punching holes in every move. F'ing up my buzz...
  4. Ladd ran a 4.39 forty! He's still the guy if he's there. Diontae could be a short term fix since he's on the last year of his contract. Thielen can't be expected to keep playing at a high level - father time is undefeated. Speed guys can be had later in the draft. Route runners produce.
  5. This dude is one of the best route runners in the league. And unlike Thielen, still has athleticism to make defenses pay for not giving him enough attention. Wow. Color me shocked!
  6. Yeah, this off season doesn't feel like recent ones. Very, very different. Proven players. No big question marks with durability or consistency. Building the team through free agency. There actually seems to be a plan and communication with multiple coaches when things go side ways. Seems like more of a group effort where everyone has a voice.
  7. If you watch the Broncos defense, #47 jumps out. He's dawg certified.
  8. It's like that some times... Just don't make it a habit.
  9. This should have happened 8 years ago. We'd still have a healthy Cam and at least one super bowl to go with him.
  10. I would have gone with a different dog, but I get what you're putting down.
  11. The mediocre defense was a facade. It wasn't real. Teams scored when they wanted to, but I get the sentiment. A mediocre offense would be more fun to watch than the blasphemy the Panthers have been marching out there the past 5 years. I just want fun football. Win, lose or draw. Just be competitive and entertaining. That's what all of this is, right?
  12. Y'all do realize that offensive guards are the most important pieces to a pocket passer, right? Has nothing to do with height. Tom Brady's kryptonite was inside pressure. Peyton Manning's kryptonite was inside pressure. Drew Brees' kryptonite was inside pressure. See a trend? Nothing to do with height. Running QBs prefer strength on the outside so they can escape the pocket. And center. OGs and C are crucial to pocket passers.
  13. This team has fielded the worst offenses I've ever seen for the last 5 years. Why are we complaining when the team is finally making the right moves to begin to join the modern day NFL? This defense wasn't that good. They looked better than they were statistically because the offense was so bad. Teams scored when they needed to.
  14. Agree. But if they replace him with Queen, then I'm not too mad about that anymore.
  15. I wouldn't call them d bags. That's a little harsh. But only elite QBs are really worth 2 first rounders and a second. Burns was never gonna live up to that haul. Heck, 13 sacks a season wouldn't have been enough to justify that.
  16. Yep. He'll have to live way outside of the city to get home prices even remotely close to North Carolina. Metro makes the most cents (I meant to do that).
  17. Dang Snow, why you gotta kill my optimism with reality? Shame, shame, shame...
  18. Well, that works too! Bring on Ladd and VP. Can he be had for the 3rd?
  19. And knowing the guy wouldn't sign for less than $30M a year. He turned down $27M a year to pick up and move to a state with higher home prices, higher gas prices and higher income taxes. In the end, he likely will have received less by going to NY.
  20. Dream scenario. As much as I like Ladd, I wouldn't be able to pass VP up if he's there at 33.
  21. So you think the oline last year was ok for any QB other than Bryce Young? Only Lamar Jackson and Prime Cam Newton could have made anything out of that line. And for the "Dalton made them look good" group, you forget how many hits he took in that game. Old Andy wouldn't have lasted a full season behind that oline with receivers that needed time to get open in that scheme. Andy was not back there lighting it up in the pocket. Most of his plays were after escaping the pocket, or lack thereof. He needed all 13 years of experience to survive that game. This isn't about Bryce. This is about building a team and offense from the inside out. The right way to do it.
  22. If these guys live up to their billing, then forget Tee Higgins. Get 2 WRs in the draft. Make sure Ladd is one of them. Get the other on day 3.
  23. I think the only reason he's still in Carolina is he agreed to take a pay cut. If he refused, he would have been gone too. 100%.
