  1. Nah, that was Chris Long. He plays on the d-line. Jake is on the o-line.
  2. And just the fact that he actually knows how to field a punt goes a long way as well. Even if he doesn't attempt to return one, just the fact he has the confidence to sprint up the field, call for a fair catch, and not let it bounce into our territory is huge.
  3. According to Voth, apparently not: http://blackandbluereview.com/reactions-ted-ginn-returns/
  4. Alright ladies and gentleman, pack it up. That's our busy day, Ginn and Bersin. They're gonna duke it out in a deathmatch in training camp to see who gets this return job this season.
  5. He'd have a career year here with Star and Short in the middle, CJ on the other side, and Luke, TD, Bene, and Norman behind him. Be a lot of opportunities for him to just feast on the QB. Hell, that'd make the Hardy loss sting a lot less.
  6. KB was frustrating at times, and probably left another 400 yards and 5 TDs or so on the field, but you also have to consider he walked into a situation day 1 that none of the other rookies did. From the very first snap of his NFL career he was our clear cut #1 WR, and the whole NFL knew it and prepared for him that way. He was already facing double teams in his first game. Just after his preseason alone other teams knew he was going to be a threat. Mike Evans started off slow, then had a stretch where he lit up defenses while he was still the #2. Once defenses adjusted to him his production dropped greatly, and also had another threat in Vincent Jackson to help keep him clean. Lol, and don't talk about garbage time and bring up a receiver that played on a team that is picking #1 overall in the draft. Beckham, is a different beast... he just had a straight up special kind of year. However, he also benefited for a bit there by coming in as an unknown and lighting it up. He was still balling even after everyone in the NFL knew who he was.
  7. I don't understand the people acting like Ingram is a scrub... I hate to say it, but that is a really good deal for the Saints. He's been in a crowded backfield on the most pass happy team in the league his entire career. As they started going towards Ingram more towards the end of 2013, and 2014 he's looked pretty good IMO. He's primed for what will probably be his best season yet this coming year now the he's going to be THE guy, and they probably start slowing down the passing game a tad now that Drew is getting older.
  8. Yeah, my bad about 2009... I missed it and for some reason I thought we lost that game. I just glanced at that stats while ago and got he scores mixed up. Every time I think of us playing AP though I just remember 2011 where he ripped us a new asshole in the receiving game... even though we shouldn't have fugin' lost that game. I just figured it was more of the same in the 2009 game. AP going HAM in the receiving game.
  9. In that 2009 35 yard rushing game, he also had 73 yards receiving (24.3 average per reception) and a touchdown In the 2011 83 yard rushing game, he also 76 yards receiving and two touchdowns We lost both, and Adrian Peterson was a huge reason why. 2008 and 2013 were his worst games against us, and he still got 77 yards rushing in 2008, and 62 yards rushing with an additional 21 yards receiving in 2013. Those aren't bad games by any means. He's went well over 100 yards in 2 games, and right around 80 in the other 2.
  10. Yeeeeah, I don't believe that for a second. That's probably some load of crap a Madden representative put out there. That still doesn't explain the fact that Madden routinely removes features, only to bring them back a couple of years later and tout them as "all new features" to hype up the product. There was some bull about the NFL didn't want EA to put tattoos in the game... but lo and behold Kaepernick got his tattoos in. Turns out that EA just doesn't want to go through the trouble of getting licensing to use the player's tattoos (and individually map them to the players) or potentially pay the original artist their money for using their work. 2K sure has no problem putting in tattoos and they do fine. I still play it, but Madden is an EXTREMELY lazy product for such a high profile game and brand. They just now started to put in some modicum of an effort to make the faces looks somewhat like the actual player... something that should've been done years ago, and they're still a good ways off. But they have a monopoly on the NFL license, and people buy the poo out of it though, so don't look for it to change any time soon.
  11. Yeah, I'm about done with this season. Sitting through the Panthers last year was bad enough. Even if we do somehow make it to the playoffs we're gonna get straight up embarrassed.
  12. Mo the only one that seems like he wants to win
  13. Lol why the fug are you even taking a timeout Cliff? It's over, dumbass
  14. Just shoot the fuging 3's Mo. You're the only hope. Don't give it to Big Gay Al's ass
  15. What in the fug are you guys doing There have been so many stupid fuging turnovers followed up with just straight up abysmal defense
  16. How the fug did we get Mo for virtually nothing? This dude has been straight money for us from the minute he stepped on the court.
  17. I wish Cody would be more aggressive. Dude has a lot of potential if he would just get his confidence up. He needs to get stronger and work on his shot some more this offseason to take that next step.
