Pretty much everything this dude touches football wise has not worked. So I'd say very close to 0% -
I truly don't understand how anyone after watching the bucs game could support Wilks. How Wilks didn't put safety help over the top should literally eliminate him from convo IMO. Part of being a great HC is in-game adjustments and Wilks showed none of that during his time as interim......just baffling
