As a QB you can get away with shitty mechanics ever so often when your arm talent/strength is off the charts good. BY arm strength is ummmm how do you put this????? TRASH, so even the slightest of sloppy mechanics is going to cause big problems. Hence BY career stats being also said TRASH or mediocre at best for all you BY truthers.

I'd do that deal instantly because at least Stefanski makes in game adjustments

People need to realize our owner is such a douche AND Young sucks so bad at QB that Canales was literally the ONLY coach that probably even wanted this job. I still think he sucks and isn't qualified for the job but people need to be realistic about the true situation of the Carolina Panthers too

What SHOULD happen and what WILL happen are 2 totally different things especially when you have a dick of an owner not knowing what he's doing running a NFL organization. He SHOULD replace Canales, he SHOULD redo the QB room fully, he SHOULD stay out of day to day running of the team. WILL he? NO. We will be stuck with a rinse and repeat cycle next year until he eventually gets lucky and picks the right coach for the job. Zero faith at this point for the front office not named Dan Morgan. Morgan is the only one IMO to show he learns from his mistakes and actually has a vision for the future. Tepper only interested in money which is understandable being a money hungry douche and being a NFL owner your guaranteed revenue stream isn't going anywhere.

These are the games why you invest so much into both sides of the line of scrimmage. With the lacking of talent we have in the passing game the only thing that will save us is what has made us successful in most the wins we have. RUN THE BALL!

He's just not a starting NFL QB......Solid backup? Maybe Until people accept that then this team goes nowhere. Kyle Shanahan and Lynch leveraged HEAVY to get Trey Lance, realized he sucked and not a starting caliber QB, cut ties, built a team. Consistently being a competitor and thats what its suppose to look like. Stop trying to fit a square peg into a round whole, not going to work. Cut your losses and move on.......

Progress? Some. Proud? Not at all. I hate anything mediocre at anything and this fan base has been too accepting of being mediocre. It's sad AF. DC should be fired and honestly he's one of the worst gameday managers I've ever seen in all my time being around football. How dudes like him even get a HC job boggles my mind and really drives me truly believing in white privilege being blatant sometimes. No other logical reason for DC to be a coach in the NFL, he's terrible at it. Say what you will about Belichick but that fuger was one of the best at gameday managing, gametime adjustments and finding mismatches. I have never seen that from this coaching staff or Tepper teams. Those things single handedly win you games other than the players executing properly, which is also the HC job! If people are proud of this team than I would hate to think what other things in life your willing to accept.....
