  1. I'm actually happy. Happy that BY has let no doubt in people's minds that he sucks. I really thought he was going to string people along with ok play and get people on his side. Thank God that has not happened and he SHOULD NOT be part of this team next year
  2. Only thing making this tolerable is that our idiot of an owner is the laughing stock of the NFL owners. Everytime Tepper is seen in Charlotte someone should hoof him right in the nuts. Guy is a joke literally one of the worst owners in NFL history at this point. I implore everyone on this board STOP GIVING PANTHERS YOUR MONEY! Stop buying tickets, stop buying jerseys, stop buying anything that will give him the power of your wallet. He don't deserve it wake up!
  3. Any chart of Bryce trying to throw it down field would be my references I'm not going to take the time tbh but they out there in droves. Canales got this team playing complementary football so like I said before I can't wait till we get an actual QB that we can adapt the offense when needed
  4. This is the unfortunate thing that some people on this forum don't get about Ransom. I like him and believe he could eventually be a starting caliber Safety but his coverage would get picked apart heavily right now. His coverage skills is the main thing holding him back which at his position is a BIG piece of what is asked for him to do. Scott sucks no question but Ransom is that much more of a liability which should be telling to people. DM obv hit on Moehring on FA Safety signing so maybe this offseason he straightens out the other S spot.
  5. To OP, They have tried to "open up the offense" and let him sink or swim. He sunk......quickly like a bag of fn rocks filled with cement. When a QB lacks velocity and arm strength those down field throws that they were able to make in college against subpar CBs (even in SEC 99% CFB don't make NFL rosters) gets picked off. Defensive pressures are different so Canales playbook is what is HAS TO BE. Check downs and pound the rock which I am fine with. I Just don't want the BY supporting homers out there not giving Dowdle and the OLINE their due to fit their ridiculous narrative giving thinking the problem is the solution. I am excited for when this team has an actual NFL QB and what this coaching staff can put together. As of now they are doing the best with what they have IMO. That is something that is promising once DM and DC find their QB
  6. Stats lie it's all about manipulation. Anyone who watches Scott understands that on most ANY other NFL team he doesn't start. That's something the Panthers have done consistently over multiple coaches. Starting vets who suck over young guys who need reps to grow. Nick Scott shouldn't be a starting Safety in the NFL
  7. Not the QB release I was hoping for. Oh well I guess I can wait a few more months
  8. This is a simple example of AI just not being quite there yet. I would give a .05% chance of us beating the Eagles in RD1 but hey LFG!
  9. After Bountygate and the information that came out on the Saints owners shielding pedophile priests in New Orleans it will forever be the Saints numero uno for me. FUG THE SAINTS! I hope this is just the beginning of a long term period of suffering for that shitty organization run by even shittier human beings. #2.Pats/Belicheat #3. Falcons (Mike Vick years then Matt Ryan/Julio running it up) Ryan pooping his pants and 28-3 def makes my bad days always better just thinking of those. #4 Pretty much any franchise fan base thats obnoxious Steelers, Eagles, Bills, Jets, Giants, Cowboys, etc.
  10. Thank God DM used that #8 pick on a bona fide WR1 and not some bum pass rushing prospect like Stewart or someone else. I believe Tet is legit WR1 material and going forward will be our long term answer at that position since we desperately were in need of one once they traded away DJ Moore. Tet could possibly end up even being better long term than someone who I respect a ton as a WR in Moore. Evans has been a pleasant surprise and great TE/FB depth piece going forward who could make the most of his opportunities. Any good offense worth a damn in the NFL has 3 TEs that can do multiple things and being scared by Ian Thomas play for years should makes us all appreciate what Evans is quietly doing as a ROOKIE at one of the hardest positions to learn at the pro level. Keep cooking DM. This season is not over obviously but seeing some growth out of young talent finally is a breathe of fresh fuggin air for once.
  11. I mean this is kind unfair and down playing the contribution that Chubba has made to this team. For the last couple yrs he actually has been the ONLY consistent offensive weapon.
  12. Not only were they bullying the top rushing Defense in the NFL but pass pro was great. our Oline coach should get some cred for this ish too. With Injuries and BY at QB I couldn't be more impressed. Teams know we are going to run and we still do that's fn amazing! DM built a competitive roster n fug all the haters IMO.
  13. Pretty sure he hurt Trevon Wallace on a tackle instead of James "I Cook the Panthers". Dude is now taking our guys off the field too enough with this madness!
  14. Shout out to Etienne BTW being a rookie in that situation. Two hands on ball, up high, tight to body, got the first and then fell to ground being able to run the clock, instead of doing some dumb poo allowing Dak get his hand on the ball again. This year there has been bone-head plays made by RBs and WRs of all stages of career. That goes to coaching IMO, I'm not totally sold on Canales but having young guys not screw up helps sway my opinion of him and his crew. Also seeing the guys reacting at the end of game towards Canales is definitely a better feeling it seems than what has been going on in the Panthers locker room since Tepper has took over. So lets keep stacking these W's and make a push for the playoffs for once! No matter what camp you in BY or NO BY we all Panthers fans here and shouldn't give a fug HOW we get the wins, just getting W's after all this losing got to feel good! Especially to a POS franchise like the Cowboys..... Keep Pounding
  15. Where do you draw line top3 or top 5 money then? I wish he goes for a "hometown" deal and doesn't try and reset market but it's going to be tough to argue not paying him BIG MONEY if he continues do be a stabilizing force on the left side of line. DM got some tough decisions to make at the OT position coming up.
  16. You ain't wrong.......he hoofed us right in the nads a bunch of times
  17. Looking at Over the Cap it actually wouldn't be terrible cap wise POST-June1st trading him next year off-season. I wouldn't but you never know
  18. He's earned it. I could only imagine the mental and physical toughness it takes being the blind side blocker for a 5'10" 200lb QB in the NFL....WoW that takes balls like serious HUGE BALLS! Props to Ikey not getting BY killed weekly and if DM and Tepper are planning on rolling with BY long term than he better open the bank for a guy like that.
  19. XL obviously is the biggest disappointment so far early in the season. I really thought he was gunna come out hot, but in reality it's been nice cold I am not giving up on him since I am a forever non BY believer but he has got to step up in this offense
  20. You can hold out all you want on XL but don't hold your breathe. Wallace is still a work in progress and could turn out to be a starting caliber ILB Sanders is still a ?. Best ability is availability and he's shown so far in his short career that his body isn't holding up to NFL physicality or speed. CSW does got that dog in him but again still haven't seen enough tbh. Im not even gunna argue the Crumbley pick considering it was needed and wtf everyone pretty much throwing darts at this point Big fan of Coker and hopeful for Richardson. Thats why I said I don't hold 2024 over DM I think he is learning which is all I want to see right now. Growth and a roadmap which we had neither before him, I believe he wants to establish the teams we all loved. Bruising, fast defense and an Oline/RB combo that punches people in the mouth repeatedly. Was 2024 terrible as much as people think NO but it's close IMO.....
  21. I've given DM a mulligan on the 2024 draft. That was his first one and you got to learn somehow. 2025 seems like a legit draft class. We have NEVER had that here. So I'm all for DM to keep cooking. Get rid of BY and a legit QB, ILB, n depth. If that happens I will personally build DM a statue outside the vault
  22. Not only what OP has said but I think Panthers have one of the best Opponent field start position. Really capitalizing on the new kick off rules and driving these kick offs at the returner making split second decisions/mistakes. Not as easy as people would think to do consistently and he seems to have mastered it EARLY. As much as most of us wish kicking would be eliminated from the game, it's not and you NEED a reliable kicker this guy is HIM.
  23. I am for any WINS Bryce and this team can string together but if DM doesn't try to upgrade the QB position this off-season than every year with BY at the helm will be just a longer, shittier and less funny version of Groundhogs Day
  24. There you go OP one page in and I think you found something ALL the huddle can finally agree upon. DONT TRADE CHUBBA!!!!!!!
