nope fitt will force a grier or richardson pick to buy time for his job. if/when the panthers poo the bed next season and surprise, winning 8 games doesn't win you the division then its over for him.

bottom line is that fitt HAS to get the QB position right or else his ass is fired and he knows it. doubling down on darnold in 2023 is too fuging high risk to realistically happen because we ALL know poo can easily hit the fan with him.

Yup, I don't see Wilks growing as a HC much. He has the Ron problem of struggling to adjust on the fly when the gameplan you installed during the week isn't working, and thats just a death sentence vs non crap teams. He did an admirable job righting the ship after 3 years of Rhule, but I don't ever see him being that guy to put us over the edge.
