This, if Bruce Arians held off retirement for a year or so the Bucs would have won the NFCS easily and the Panthers would have never been in "playoff contention". Wilks had the opportunity to win the job but he walked into Tampa with an ATROCIOUS gameplan and even worse in game management and it was game over from there. The only question remains is when the Wilks fanboys will give up, they are like the Japanese soldiers still fighting WWII on some remote island into the 1970s. It's over and it's been over.
