  1. I think Atlantas roster is heavily underrated. If their QB is halfway decent (big ask), they won't compete with the 49ers or Eagles but they will be in that 2nd tier of NFC teams with the Giants, Seahawks etc. Tampa and NO rosters are old and bad.
  2. Kinda funny how so many of that Chargers coaching staff later became Panthers coaches
  3. Wilson has the physical tools to succeed in the NFL but his ego is too big
  4. His show is on air in the Greensboro/Winston Salem area. He primarily covers the Demon Deacons. He is legit good friends with Mick Mixon so thats how he maybe got his in with Panthers stuff.
  5. If you don't enjoy it why watch? People need to understand that this is all pointless entertainment, and being a fan of a football team isn't a blood pact, no matter how many people try to cope about it. I watched maybe 1/4 of the games in 2021/2022 because I knew by then Rhule was a charlatan rat I am not expecting playoffs this year btw. I am hoping that they can compete with the tougher teams on the schedule, unlike last year where they were blown out by the Bengals and 49ers.
  6. So this ended up being legit.... In other news Yannick Ngakoue just followed a bunch of Panthers
  7. OP we just had a solid month of mock drafts. Why continue the torture
  8. It's still WR. Mingo is a rookie, Theilein is over the hill, and DJ Chark is often injured. It could get real ugly in that department, real fast.
  9. https://247sports.com/Player/Bryce-Young-46130942/ Our defensive player of the future?
  10. Man Pilares only played two seasons with the Panthers. Thought it was more than that.
  11. I'm old enough to remember Zod hyping the poo out of McClain lol
  12. Tampa will be the worst team in the league next season. Nothing they did changes that. Baker Mayfield plus the worst coaching staff in the NFL. Oh wee mayne. Solid core for a rookie in 2024 though. Falcons apparently loved the Rhule era Panthers where they had talent at skill positions but no one at QB. Mediocre 6 win team Saints should be decent. They beefed up their lines. I don't think Carr is that great but they should still be the betting favorites. Bottom line is if the Panthers can show serious growth and fight and BY looks promising, I think that's good enough for me. I'm not expecting playoffs or anything. I'm going into this season like I did in 2011, which ended up being one of the most fun Panthers seasons even if they didn't win many games. Saints however are desperately trying to win the Super Bowl instead of blowing it up, so expectations for them are kinda different. They are still a one and done in the playoffs at best.
  13. This is the classic 2nd/3rd round Panthers pick where they just set a draft pick on fire for no reason. Drafting mid 20s players that aren't ready to start day 1 is a huge waste. Even if he develops amazingly he'll be near 30 years old
  14. Irsay is a top notch shitposter for sure, dude went full on 'fug our first rounder' less than 24 hours after drafting him
  15. Eagles and Texans did good. Texans got their centerpiece for offense and defense for the next decade. Eagles made their defense downright crazy. Lions had the opportunity to kill it and potentially become a top 3 NFC team but apparently Marty Hurney works for them now
  16. Huge ego and not the resume to back it up. Also is already in his mid 20s
  17. You know who Will Levis reminds me of? Ryan Mallet. Same playstyles and demeanors. Even had a blip on the radar of going 1st overall to the Panthers before falling out of the first round.
  18. NFL players getting drafted right now were in preschool when Youtube launched and Youtubers became popular.
  19. I'm thinking Joey Porter Jr. goes to Jax unfortunately
  20. fug it get Joey Porter Jr at this point Starting cornerbacks be the kids of former NFL stars would be nice
