    The team really needed another starter and aside from a few guards there’s not a single player remaining that you could confidently say is a plug and play starter from the gun

    was it all the high round picks on offense or defense that you didn’t feel confident in when they were drafted? all the same, this attitude tends to overextend itself and manifest in ugly ways

    College coach syndrome guys are just a little bit of good feelings and Coach ‘Em Up away from being a tear jerking success story

    can he effectively steward the offense off play action as well is he a blue collar worker who really does some nice things can he effectively execute and distribute the ball with lots of grit too
