  1. Upped my squat game a little Friday. Set of ten at 215, sets of 8 & 6 at 235. Still kinda sore.

  3. This is the first time I've been nervous since the 08 giants snf game. Just means were doin big things my man.
  4. Went on my first run in a long long time. Didn't go to hot, we will see how I feel in the am. Hopefully I can get up and to the gym by 6.

  14. You can at a young age, I've done it. Just ask Chad Johnson. He ate McDonalds like everyday. Sadly those days are over for me, and for Chad as well.

  16. I'm not worried about it, I just don't like any other than ranch. That's just fat in a bottle. If you can go without it, why use it?
  17. Protein powder in with my oatmeal. Any of the meat I eat during lunch.
  18. I go oatmeal or yogurt in the morning with some fruit. Lunch lean turkey on whole grain No Cheese. Or grilled chicken or some sort of fish. Dinner baby spinach and apple salad. No dressing, because im a boss. Most important thing is to allow yourself to cheat a meal or two a week. Also I could stand to drop like 5 lbs not 50 go fug your self Alice
  19. Not like every meal, just for dinner. The spinach I actually don't mind. No more of that kale for me though
  20. I normally go spinach and apple salads no dressing, trying it with kale. Not easy to down it, its so damn bitter
