Cam Newton: “It’s really put-up or shut-up time”

What multi banned "awesome" poster is peanut butter? I am not on here enough anymore to know. -
From what I've read Pfizer and moderna are about 80% effective after 1 dose. 92-94% after two. J&j is about 66% in trials
-
You understand none of the vaccines 100% keep you from getting covid right? One round of Pfizer and moderna is actually more effective then the single j&j shot. What they do is make sure you don't die or need to go to the hospital if you do get it.

I dont watch it.

I'm thinking 12 months. Planning on selling my rental in 10 so hopefully it holds

How could people have months and months of forbearance available to them along with hefty unemployment benefits and now about to be going in to foreclosure. Why do you think they're about to blow up? Just curious not saying your wrong just common sense says if people were in trouble prior to March 2020 shouldn't they have been able to build up a nest egg if they haven't been paying for however many months?

Whys dude calling him the sniper, doesn't he suck pretty hard? -
Your car that you can trade in right now for 30% more than you should really get is going to be worth 40% less than it is now as well though if you wait a year. I would say buy now but only new cars that are still being sold for less than Msrp. If you're paying a premium price you aren't gaining anything for the inflated return you're getting on a trade in. You can get good deals right now as long as you're flexible on what you're buying. I do agree that dealers are going to take a bath on these used cars. New cars I don't think will see some huge reduction in cost below what msrp is now. I could be wrong though.
-
Definitely not the time to buy used. So many dealers are gonna take absolute baths on the used cars they're bringing in right now if people hold out for another 6-12 months. The two specific models we bought were still under msrp, a lot aren't but I wasnt interested in buying something over priced. Sales guy said price on the traverse is likely going up next month

Pretty nuts, trading in our 2019 cars that we bought 1.5 years ago with no money down. My wife is clearing 7k on hers and I'm getting almost 2k on mine after I rolled 1500 into when I bought it. We are getting brand new cars. 2021 trailblazer (had an altima) and traverse (what my wife had previously) lowering our car payments 200 bucks a month plus putting the 2k from my altima in the bank. Chevy gave my wife 400 dollars less than she bought the car for 20 months ago and the new traverse is barely more than what they're giving her. Nuts....

Got tired of every pool professional sucking and did it myself.

Okc wants to move him as well, they just wanted the pick. Maybe they'll buy out his contract. I'd take him back to back up ball. I wanted no part of a max deal with kemba but I was pissed we spent all that money on Terry when we should have been clearing up cap

Is that why she's 6 months pregnant?

anyone have one? I have been through 3 now and not a single one has actually got the dirt/debris out of the bottom. Had to be a jerk and refuse to pay the guys that came today. They need to have commercial equipment. If a small pool vac would work I would have it done already!

I dont think houses are going to be under water. Houses are being bought with cash by investors sight unseen. The market may slow way down and prices may level off but I dont think we see a big reversal. Especially in Charlotte where so many people are moving. I just visited friends in Salt Lake their house is maybe 1400 square feet, similar distance to downtown as our rental. The value on their home is 650k, we could probably sell our rental for 210 right now. Charlotte market has plenty more room to run unfortunately. Especially when most of the people moving here are used to prices like in Salt Lake city

House was built in 60, of course its solid hardwood itll all be ripped out in a year or two but I need to figure out a use for it so I can sell it after removing it because it is definitely quality stuff. I think we would keep it and paint it if we liked the configuration of the current kitchen.

We have Hulu Netflix (for 0) And Philo we switched from sling because they kept raising prices so if anyone can recommend a free option to replace Philo, needs amc, mtv, and lifetime. My wife loves married at first site and teen mom so if it doesn't have those there's no point. We have also been watching less and less TV since we moved and that will be reduced further in October when our little girl is born

Here's my that 70s show kitchen lol. I did upgrade the cooktop because only 1 burner worked on the 50 year old one. Got it for 100 bucks brand new. Destroyed some tile installing it but this is getting gutted in the near future anyways

Clyde is officially available for adoption. He is still healing from his neutering but is starting out heartworm regiment on Wednesday. Rescue will pay for all his heartworm related medical bills for his adopters. He would be best in a home without cats and still has some work to do on manners. An ideal situation for him would be someone who works from home. He has been diagnosed with separation anxiety and is on meds for it. He is also an escape artist from crates so zip ties and locks would be necessary

On a more fun note than taxes, our new pool pump is finally up and running. Should be good to go in time for the weekend!!
