Yall did play for a national championship last year right?
-
I have the same concerns about Scheyer
-
Go to hell carolina go to hell!!!! I can't pretend to gloat this is the first game I've watched all year. But 4corners can suck it!!!!
-
None of the Duke guys look like they're ready for the NBA. Maybe they come back next year
-
Lively get your Jammies on!!!!
-
Neither team appears to be that good this year. I hope yalls run to the championship game last year let's Davis stick around for way too long
-
Do you think if MJ knew that Clifford would be the only person that would take the job that JB still would have been fired? Jordan is an idiot and surrounds himself for idiots. Maybe will luck up and get the number 1 pick but I doubt it.

Taking my 16 month old to belize in March and England in May. We will see how it goes!! She's traveled a fair amount already. I didn't get on a plane until I was 23 she did it at 2 months lol

Depends on the client. I've been working with 2 sets of clients on a 200k budget for 6-8 months one of which is looking at properties 45 minutes from where I live. Then i had 2 clients I got under contract immediately the last two weeks. That said it evens out to pretty good income and I (in my opinion lol) bring my clients a lot of value

Rude.... orchard would be my pick in terms of those opendoor types. I'd work for them but I don't want a strict schedule

The contract and other paperwork did have several errors in it. I do think the guy was rather dumb. To be fair for what your house was selling for it wasn't a large payout and that's probably why they didn't fight it. Most agents close like 8 deals a year. Take the % they were going to get then account for the fact that he probably has to give his Brokerage a 20% cut and it's not that much money. Obviously the guy didn't earn one penny of it but I'm just saying. I'll find you a good agent if you want to try again on it.

The QB School : Breaking down AR and Levis
toldozer replied to Your GFs favorite huddler's topic in Carolina Panthers
Ok so I dream scenario for me would be Richardson at 9, trade back up to mid 20s for Jaxon Smith-Njibgar And then draft Dalton Kincaid with our next pick (assuming we trade 3 of our next 4 picks for say 25) -

I would rather take him then trade up past 5 to get CJ. If Stroud makes it to 5 I'd make the move then and try to get it done without giving up next years 1st -
Boohoo, a failure with 100 mil in the bank. I don't wish him the best. He went out of his way to take shots at the organization instead of just saying maybe college is a better fit for him. He's a tool imo.

Depends on where you live. Now, in my opinion is a really good time to buy competition wise. Rates are down a bit but still not a lot of action. I was able to get two buyers under contract this past two weeks on the first property I showed them. They're both getting around 5.5% I think and can always refi if rates continue to drop

Bring back Tony Pike
-
Ehhhhhh

Did he lose the locker room or did Matty poopy pants Ryan suck so hard that the team was done with that bullshit?
-
Which time? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I was there with a fellow huddler that drove up from Florida. His name was Jared maybe.

Who Pays Closing Costs in Illinois? Both buyers and sellers pay closing costs, but usually, the homebuyer is responsible for most of them. As a homebuyer, you are encouraged to negotiate with the seller to help cover closing costs, but there’s no guarantee they will agree No clue, i think he's going to send me whatever he signed to look over. Definitely need to report this agent to the real estate commission.

Sub corral in belmont use to have a really good Philly back in the early 2000s
-
Also the bank probably thought you were wanting a loan for closing costs on a mortgage
-
Please tell me what state you're located in. Everything you've said about this situation is INSANE. If you're in NC or SC sellers closing cost is minimal unless you agreed via contract to pay the buyers cc. I'm happy to look at the contract stuff you've signed if you're outside of NC/SC. I'm assuming contract language is mostly the same in every state. PM me I'll give you my email address and you can send over them and I'll look. If you're in NC or SC I can't ethically help you if you've signed an agreement with this "agent" you keep referring to

They've given Allen Prime Cam level weapons outside of Diggs. They have a really good defense and a stud qb on offense without much else. They are the panthers from 2013-2017. Absolutely on the Shane train and give me a wr opposite of Moore at number 9. Roll with Corral. If he sucks we get maye or Williams and mother fuging profit for 10+ years

New PFT article on what the Saints want for Payton
toldozer replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Use some logic here. He isn't going to Arizona or Houston. If he goes to Denver when do they even have another first round pick. Payton would be dumb to cripple his new team. He should pick his spot then If the saints don't agree to minor compensation he waits till next year and they get nothing. Want in one hand, poo in the other.
