The worst draft pick in NFL history….
toldozer replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
Bring me back Hurney and Rivera i dont even give a fug. Who in their right mind thinks the Teppers will hire anyone better. 2025 Hurney will draft a fire quarterback. Ron will destroy them but we will have several good years -

Yeah pretty much yet Cam could stay on the field on 4th and 1. How anyone looked at stroud and young and wanted young I have no idea. You can't know anything about football and come to that conclusion. -

The worst draft pick in NFL history….

They've drafted two crap loads of defensive talent, 3 great skill players and then fleeced a dumb ass organization for the best rb in football that can move to the slot and play till he's 35 -
7 games in we've seen enough to know at best he's the 4th best qb from the draft and we traded the fuging farm for him
-
The worst part is we could have stayed at 9 traded back and got Levis he has shown more in 2 games then Bryce has in 7
-
Unless they're bringing in Brady too it's not a good plan. He's proven he's just like every other non terrible coach. When they have supreme talent they're pretty fuging good, when they don't they're pretty fuging average.

You have to pay like 25 bucks a month for bally sports app. Not doing that. I just check in on the box score. Hornets and cltfc viewership have to be hurting because of their broadcast deals. If the panthers games were an additional cost I wouldn't watch them either. No charlotte sports team is worth paying a premium to see them lose

Just not tomorrow he needs at least 7 grabs

How Many of the 8% guys did we waste under Rivera. God our roster was good from 2012-2017
-
But those ras scores tho

That's already changed. You weren't allowed to use that phrasing anymore as of last year or maybe end of 2021. But saying there is a chance you'll owe me commission is going to cause a lot of buyers to go it alone. Again this is positive for sellers and for sellers agent running a 6% commission that may be more likely to get an unrepped buyer. Does nothing of value for buyers imo
-
Yeah the thing is the sellers agent sets the commission and it's negotiable. I think a lot of sellers don't realize that. If you push back and it's a good listing most agents will bring commission down. Ive done as high as 7% and as low as 3.5%. Then they usually split that with the buyers agent. The firms are really the ones making the money. They get between 10-65% of the actual agents commission. If the firm didnt take so much the average agent could do the job for less. What this is going to lead to is more people not having buyer representation and getting screwed. As a seller you don't have to pay 6% and there is plenty of information out there to inform you of that but most people are lazy. As a buyer if you sign a buyers rep agreement now it's going to be for 3% and agents are going to make sure you make up the difference for whatever the seller isn't paying. Just makes it even more of a sellers market and more difficult for buyers in my professional opinion. I never wanted to have my buyer pay me a dime when I was working residential. Now I focus on working with investors buying wholesale and my commission comes from the buyer anyway so this doesn't affect people with money (the ones buying up everything and making us a nation of renters)

Great, now young looks like the 4th best qb from the draft
-
A lot of times there's no 4 o'clock game on cbs
-
No one else would take the job should have kept jb tbh
-
Seems like you have a lot of faith in our coaches talent evaluation

Bacot ain't a senior. He's 37 years old
-
Cohen hasn't played in 5 years. What do you think he's going to come in and do?
-
I'd say he's a flashy passer with good vision. What do you want him to do? Chest passes? His shooting has been ass lately but the dude can play.

Charlotte FC Makes End of Season Roster Moves
toldozer replied to MillionDollarCam's topic in Charlotte Football Club
They didn't clean enough house imo. Bronico and Westwood need to go. We need major upgrades in midfield and the back line
