When I was doing investment real estate for a bit we had a girl on our team working in the kc area. Every week she had 5-10 duplexes or triplexes that were under 100k for the entire property. Never been to Kansas City but I can tell you that's fuging cheap even in majorly distressed properties. You aren't finding a duplex in Charlotte under 300k even if it's foundation is fuged

I laddered his receiving yards from 25 to 80 lol. If he made that relatively routine grab over the middle I think he would have gotten 25 yards and I would have broken even.
