His speed didn't really show up on his one highlight video I could find. Height and length definitely did though.
-
When he weighs in his height is going to be shorter then listed and his hand size could come in low too. I wouldn't be surprised if his arm strength takes a knock too.
-
His stock is probably going to take a hit at his pro day.

There is still a lot of value in Free Agency.

I'd like to grab Moreau to compete here. -

That's the type of target I'd expect when you're releasing Kerr. -
I'll wait to see how it all plays out here the rest of the offseason. You just drafted 2 guys at his position so it was always a possibility even though they got good production out of him last season.
-
Didn't think they're make this move but makes sense if they look for 3 techniques. Must like what they got out of Roy.
-
I'd cut your 5, 6 and 8. Watson is top choice, Wilson likely 2, Fields 3, Lance 4, Mond 5, and I'll add in Darnold at 6. Options 2-6 offer a dynamic component that Bridgewater does not but also means Bridgewater is staying another year.

Stokes is a favorite of mine

And this guy isn't a secret anymore

Was the Gettleman's 2017 draft class the best in Panthers history?
Untouchable replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Gettleman did have to go but the 2017 draft was really fantastic work. It rivals 2001 probably. -
If confirmed, the PSU strength and conditioning program has to be one of the tops in the nation. YGM reportedly hit high 4.5 to low 4.6 range last year pushing 270 lbs. Parsons in the low 4.4s. Oweh at 256 lbs running 4.38 is unreal. SC's Horn is the other notable time in there. I've seen him as high as CB1 for some people but that time might lock him in the top 15-20 at this point.

Jets willing to discuss trading Darnold
Untouchable replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
His situation is unique. He's only 23 yo, younger than last year's #1 pick. -
Jets willing to discuss trading Darnold

I'd be interested but Teddy should be staying if we trade for him. I'd treat Darnold the same as a draft prospect. -
Chris Simms Just Released his 2021 QB Rankings
Untouchable replied to Ricky Spanish's topic in Carolina Panthers
Any list without Lawrence at 1 is poo There is something that he must value at the position more than others. -
It's an important story line of the offseason. I'm fine with the business stuff. I'm waiting to see what strings he decides to pull on the football side (preferably little to none).

Brett Kollman's top 5 Sleepers in the 2021 Draft
Untouchable replied to Ricky Spanish's topic in 2023 NFL Draft
Amari Rodgers and Demetric Felton we got to see at the Senior Bowl. I personally love Felton and hope he is high on the teams board because he would fit Samuel's role really well since he's basically Samuel but with only 4.5 speed. Rodgers is likely going to be a solid slot too. Tyree Gillespie could come in and develop into the Juston Burris role He's right about Jamin Davis, he has some great tape in 2020 but is going to get knocked because it was his only year as a starter. Seen his typical projection as a 43 WILL. Tamorrion Terry I don't know about him but he sounds like a potential RZ prospect -
Let's talk linebackers (Rostered, draft, & FA)

Charleston WR has virtual meeting with Panthers
Untouchable replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in 2023 NFL Draft
Another virtual meeting. Best I can tell at first glance, he's a day 3 scheme fit for our defense -
Some great player comps in this evaluation...
-
Love his traits and versatility but he has an uphill climb to stick this season. We'll see what he has ...And he's an EDGE and will compete with Haynes
-
Oh well, guess he should drop to #8 then. Ignore the noise, he has the tools and once he interviews teams will understand if the one read has any merits New breakdown vs. Indiana

6'5" 225 lbs who claims to consistently run in the 4.4s. Idk if I believe it but maybe he's a developmental RZ target. Only highlights I can find are of him winning in contested situations. -
Weatherly and Palardy ALSO being released today!
Untouchable replied to joemac's topic in Carolina Panthers
Weatherly didn't work out with Obada and YGM far more effective in that big end role who can play inside and Charlton was surprisingly effective this year after having a rough camp so give the expensive vet the boot. -
I'm almost positive it is not what they want from their FS so someone else is going to have to fill that role. I know Robinson was drafted with that deep safety role in mind, but lots of young competition there in that last line of defense. Snow mentioned wanting Chinn playing as more of a safety going forward than a LB playing back like he did this season, so him as one of the starting safety makes sense.
