  1. No nothing confirmed. Evero is a decibel of that 34 but had said in the past you have to build your scheme around your players so it could go either way. Will probably need to see how the team approaches free agency.
  2. My best guess by the current roster is McCall would start NT in base with Brown and YGM flanking him. Biggest weakness to the defense has to be FS with upgrades probably needed at NT, 5tech, ILB and CB as well.
  3. Roy very much played NT in college. McCall certainly could do it as well and Brown will definitely be used there too.

Michigan State's Jayden Reed and Stanford's Michael Wilson have both been showing out all week at the senior bowl too. I've seen a couple people say they were the best WRs in Mobile.
  5. Tank Dell definitely on the want list now. Consistently getting tons of separation so far.
  6. Corral is under contract so he will certainly be here, but his greatest weakness was processing the field due to the simplicity of what he was asked to do at Ole Miss and I highly doubt an injury season has changed that. He certainly has desirable traits and this is not to say he can't put it together as a pro but if I'm a betting man, Corral is going to be QB3 going into 2023.
  7. This is the important part of this quote. Where they have failed to pull the trigger in the past I don't see that stopping them this year. It's happening this offseason.
  8. First round is all but guaranteed to be a QB now and I doubt we'll have our first round pick in 2024 either.

Diggs also had like 1900 all purpose yards that season. I personally don't see the same type of athlete/WR when watching them in college but what do I know. Can't remember if I've mentioned him elsewhere but I'll throw out another name I like in the probably the 3rd or 4th round range and that's Houston's Tank Dell. Slight and fast (not a burner) but so quick and great at getting separation with his route running. If he can add maybe 20 pounds and keep that quickness could be a great weapon in the slot

Separation is top trait for a WR for me and speed and route running get you there. Despite Ginn's maddening drops I still loved him (somehow) because he always got so open. Addison and JSN have to be the top 2 in the class for me.
  11. You know I'm high on Musgraves who started getting 1st round love. Can't argue with draft one bit but I think the DL upgrades are coming in free agency.
  12. Some simulator looks like they way undervalued Kancey to me. Pulling those first 5 would be a solid draft though I personally want to see a TE with more receiving prowess to go along with what is already on the roster

I like Jarrett but I don't know if he's Diggs. Diggs was so underrated coming into the NFL because of some off-field concerns but he was dynamic and a top 10 prospect coming out of high school. But Jarrett would be a great day 3 grab for the slot assuming his route running improves. Shi probably has him beat in that department coming out. Another one I'm starting to look into for the slot is Nathaniel Dell from Houston who just seems to know how to get seperation. He's light though so how he weighs in this offseason will be important.

I wouldn't eliminate those top WRs simply because we don't know how the board will fall, but they will also be well covered in the run up to the draft. Couple of names I'll add is UT's Jaylin Hyatt (possible day 1), Washington's Rome Odzune (possible day 2) and Princeton's Andrei Iosivas (possible day 3) as the Robby Anderson's "stretch the defense" type role which kind of went missing. Yes Moore can do it (he did in 2020) but he is also far more beneficial to move around. We're also going to probably want to upgrade that slot type/ get open quickly over the middle type role Shi Smith is in. A TE or 2 is almost certainly going to be found to help here (as well as help up the seams) Josh Downs comes to mind first. Very good WR prospect all around to be honest that probably could go first round as the off season goes on.
  15. This is a good place to start. Jalen Carter is as dominant and as safe a prospect as there is in this draft and adding him beside Brown would be absolutely deadly to any opponents attempt at a pocket. TCU WR Quentin Johnson is another one of the elite prospects in this draft. I like both UCLA's Charbonnet and Ole Miss' Evans at RB. Oregon State TE Musgrave is underrated to me right now because of missing most of the season but it's an absolute stud. I really like Pitt DL Tweener Calijah Kancy too if he's used in the right scheme/role because he knows how to get to the QB.
  16. And the injuries just happened randomly in warmups. Availability is an important factor.
  17. He absolutely is. With the nature of Gonzalez's injuries the last 2 seasons too, he might even have a leg up in a kicking competition.
  18. Correct, but you would not bringing him (or a similar player) in as a cheap vet because of his run blocking. It would be about adding a skill set that is missing from the TE room to bridge until hopefully a good draft pick gets up to speed.
  19. Side note, Dan Arnold coming back open as a free agent again this off-season. Could see him coming back as a cheap vet with minimal guaranteed money to get use out of until the rookie takes over.
  20. Blocking wise easily a 6th lineman and had the looks of someone who can end up as a dangerous red zone weapon. I don't know if he'll ever have that down field threat to him though so that cools me on him. I'm gravitating to that receiving threat at TE because of what's currently on the roster though too.
  21. These QBs are smart. Transfer and get that money in college now.
  22. Minshew would make sense as a bridge or a vet QB if a HC/OC comes in from that Eagles pipeline (Reich, Steichan) because of his strong familiarity with the system.
  23. He's TE3 to me right now because of his blocking and athletic profile compared to the others. Arguably has the best route running and hands at TE in this draft though. @LinvilleGorge mentioned the other two with ND's Mayer an easy TE1 and Oregon State's Musgrave at a distant TE2.
  24. Unlikely. Vet QB probably going to depend heavily on the play caller (coach or OC)
  25. Still remains the best bad QB I've ever seen. He's just looking bad now.
